Andria is probably one of the most patient and friendliest associate I have dealt with. We had been looking around for something very specific, though at the end we could not get any that we needed but Andria demonstrated her professionalism to her customers. If I go to this location again, I will definitely look for Andria to help me.

I was the only person in the store with 4 employees and not a single person said hi or asked if I needed help while I’m standing there waiting to be helped with earrings. One of the employees even made eye contact with me and looked back down. I really wanted to buy earrings but I have a hard time justifying a purchase if I have to force someone to help me.

Customer service the day I walked in November 3rd, was incredible. I damaged my entire wedding band set when my hand got caught trying to help a lady move a tv. Good deed gone wrong. I was a few months over due on my 6th month inspection, simply from having a busy life, kids etc. The ladies said “honey don’t worry, we will take care of you, don’t you worry”. Seems like a simple response but to me, it’s all I needed to hear. I appreciated it more than they may know.

Sandy is absolutely wonderful. Is very knowledgable about all of the items, and has a positive bubbly personality, is also very respectful to all the customers. A pleasure to shop here at this store.

I had gotten a gift and wanted to return it. I had asked an associate about the return policy with gift receipts and the associate told me I could get a full refund on my debit card since I had a gift receipt and I reiterated what she told me cause I wanted to make sure that I didn’t misunderstand her. So then I come in with my stuff to return and Sandy was very condescending about my return asking me what was wrong with it and I just said it was a gift and wanted to hopefully get a refund since I didn’t need jewelry. She then proceeds to ask my about my account and I told her once again that it was a gift, hence the gift receipt and then she proceeds to ask me for my phone number, turns out my friends had made me an account when they purchased the stuff which ok I understand. Then when I ask her about the refund she tells me she can’t do that and I tell her her associate told me I could she proceeds to say, “ I don’t know what associate told you that but I’m the manager”. I accepted the merchandise credit but I did not like her attitude at all, she’s a store manager and acting that way, if I didn’t have the merchandise card I honestly would not shop there at all!

Sandy was very helpful i came in wanting something specifc and she helped me right away shes very knowledgeable in her field i would recommend to go to her if you are looking for new pieces of jewlery

My now fiancée bought my engagement ring from here and the customer service is the absolute best! He got the extended warrantee that covers my ring FOR LIFE! It is just barely too big to wear but can't be smaller to fit over my knuckle and they say they can put sizing beads to keep it in place (first I've ever heard of this)

This is not my first experience with this jeweler, but am exceptionally pleased every time!
