We have brought several items to be altered and each time we have been satisfied with the alterations. If you need something altered, you will not be disappointed.

I would not return here. I had to iron deep creases out of the cuffs I had altered. And, my $40.00 Givenchy suit hanger was replaced with a disposable wire hanger. I never got my hanger back.

This place is amazing! I take all my repairs to her because she gives you good pricing and doesn’t rip you off. She also does an amazing job with the alternations. I have never had an issue once. Definitely recommended!

The alternation skill is just stunming. After resize the work pants and re size the suit everything is just like a brand new from the retail store

Don't come here for anything other than simple alterations on cheap clothing. I had sleeves taken in a few dress shirts. Instead of moving the entire sleeve with the sleeve button, the sleeve was simply cut from the bottom, resulting in the sleeve button being extremely close to the cuff.

I took my suit for dry cleaning, and found that my lapel roll had been pressed? Shouldn't it be extremely obvious to a dry cleaner whether or not a lapel should be pressed or not?

Had a pair of jeans taken in at the waist. They fit great! Cost was reasonable. I'm satisfied with the work.

The zipper on my wedding dress broke the day prior to my event and I found her online and couldn’t have asked for anyone better! She understood what needed to be done, and was able to fix it perfectly and more than what I expected. She was also able to alter the dress to fit me better, and was able to do it all in one day as she understood the urgency of it. She is great with wedding dresses! Would definitely recommend and would definitely go to her for other alteration needs!

I used to go to another one in crowfoot, but they increased their prices to the point where it was ridiculous. I checked out this place, and Heidi was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions. I've gone to her about 5 times now, and her work is top quality at reasonable prices. The turnaround is also great, about a week. Go see her, you won't regret it.

This place is AMAZING! I had a bridesmaid dress that was too tight for me and Heidi was able to make it fit me so perfect. She even finished it in a day! I’m so happy we found this place and I definitely recommend coming here for any of your dress alteration needs!

I took a pair of pants here to get hemmed. They came back the right length in the agreed upon amount of time. No complains.

This was my first time going to a seamstress and was super happy with the work! I got a pair of dress pants taken in, sleeves on my jackets shortened, and a couple other things mended for a super reasonable price and done within a week.

Definitely recommend this shop, Prices are unbeatable and quality is as good as any costly dry cleaner/tailor. Switched over from dolphins dry cleaning and won't look back. I never rush her because i expect precise work but she never disappoints and gets it done earlier than promised. Support small businesses like such they work to please as apposed to big franchise's that wont value every customer like family.

Excellent service! When I picked up my dress from having a small alteration, it still fit low in the front (due to the way the dress is made) and she added in a clip in the front- then and there! Didn’t charge me any extra. Highly recommend!

I took a bridesmaid dress to this place just to have a hem and a slit, no other alterations. The first time I went to pick up the dress the slit bubbled at the top and it was still too long. I also asked her to have the dress steamed, which wasn't done. I had to come back to pick up the dress a day and a half before the wedding, even though I had a ton of preparations to do with the bride - but I came across the city to pick up the dress. The top of the slit was fixed, however she again didn't hem it properly. The left side comes above my shoe and the right side is dragging on the floor. It looks awful. So now I have to take a needle and thread and actually hand stitch it myself and hope it looks okay - after I paid $100 for a hem and a slit. She actually asked me if I could come and pick it up the day of the wedding! Uh. No. Three fittings for what should be a simple hem is crazy. I don't mind paying extra for good quality and good service, but there was absolutely no attention to detail here. She offered to redo it and bring it to my house, but I was so angry I just left. It should have been done properly the first time. Also, the bag she puts it in after it's done doesn't even cover the dress, only covered half. I would never go back to this business and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been going here for years, she is very friendly and always does a great job. I’ve brought in a dress, hemmed pants and always had a great experience. Her prices are reasonable, got pant waist let out for $15 while being quoted $45-65 at other locations.
