I was just in the store yesterday and had wonderful service from Kasia. I had to give four out of five as I actually haven't had the furniture delivered so don't know what that service is like. But the buying experience was great and the prices are competitive. Highly recommend seeking out Kasia for help at Perfect Home. She was not pushy at all, listened and actually heard what we were looking for, and helped us purchase a beautiful sectional!

After going to various stores and being disappointed, not to mention annoyed by aggressive sales people, we were pleasantly surprised at Perfect Home. The furniture is modern and attractive. But the icing on the cake is Peter. We loved his demeanor. We appreciated his low key, non-aggressive approach, along with his expert advice. We felt supported, not being sold to. We were only looking for an ottoman and didn't spend a huge amount of money, but it didn't matter. When we are ready to spend a lot of money, we're coming back to Peter!

The price at first was good but when we saw in other store that they have lower prices we go back and tell to kamal that the other stores has lower than perfect home, but kamal make sure that he will do his best to match the price! Recently, we purchased 4 leather chairs, 2 stools, and a large coffee table from Debbie at Perfect Home. She is awesome! From letting us shop the store without following us around to arranging for in-store items to be sent to the Airdrie warehouse so I wouldn't have to drive into Calgary, she went above and beyond. Debbie promptly replied to text messages and calls. She knows the meaning of the term "customer service. " Because of Debbie (as well as the excellent selection of furnishings), we will most definitely shop again at Perfect Home.

Totally disappointing experience with perfect home, please be Careful, prices at Perfect Home is a big lie, bought a sofa and love seat less than 2 months and now prices drop almost 50%, while i was buying, I have been told it is a new model, when I asked the store manger for a price match they said sorry, as per the policy

In store experience was fine. Once we got the couch home it was clear this was a very poor quality product. I immediately contacted the store and told them I wanted to return it and after weeks of be strung along I was told they would not accept a return. Now stuck with a $2500 couch that is poor quality, extremely uncomfortable and will not work for us in any way. It's a shame Perfect home refuses to stand by their products. Will not be going back.

The sales Kim is very nice and patient. She introduced the most suitable products to me according to my special requirements. And give some good suggestions to keep the furniture well. It’s really good price and quality for new house.

We had an amazing experience with buying a new couch, the salesperson Sandra was fantastic and did everything she could to ensure a smooth sale, stock and availability was transparent, great deal on the couch we bought and we were able to pick it up the next morning. Locally owned and awesome! After having a terrible experience with the big box stores this purchase was a breath of fresh air and we no longer have to sit on lawn furniture in our living room. Me and the wife needed a new furniture set for the apartment and by gods grace we found everything we needed! Knowing a rough idea of what we were looking for, we hoped Perfect Home Furniture could be the answer to our needs, and that it was. With an excellent selection of couches and love sets, it was clear we found the perfect place to find our dream furniture.

The customer service was absolutely exquisite. Jasmin, one of the employees, was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond! From giving us great and practical advice, helping us get a grasp of the loveseats and colour palates we truly desired, to being very personable, she made the experience so much easier. Definitely the most positive experience I've had with a salesperson.

Will be definitely recommending to family and friends. If you need furniture, you need to visit this store

We recently purchased a chair from Perfect Home Furniture in Calgary. After viewing similar items at nearby stores we were pleasantly surprised by the superior choices at this store. Our salesperson was very helpful and informative with no pressure to purchase. Our chair of choice was not in stock and had to be factory made. This store gave us a price guarantee as well as a date for full refund if the product did not arrive by a specific agreed upon date. Happily they called yesterday to inform us our chair would arrive a month earlier than anticipated.

I just recently moved out and moved into a new apartment complex, and I wanted to start off with getting some quality furniture. Not only was perfect home furniture a great experience, some specific employees stood out, especially Jasmin. She was really kind and helped guide me through the furniture and ultimately, I was left very satisfied with what I have bought. Elite customer service, recommended to everyone.

One of the most complete and fun stores in SE Calgary. You can find anything from fancy to Unique to Antique looking furnitures and accessories. Highly recommend checking it out. NOT cheap but reasonably priced.

Bought this beautiful ottoman.the first time we had it at home 1 botton fell off.day after day they are coming off: (its expensive though.
Now the repair man cMe to check it (bec I bought insurance for it) he said I wreck it and we shouldn't sat on it! Wow!

We had the most amazing experience shopping with Jasmin. She was completely honest about the availability of the sectional we were looking at. Hands down was the best sales experience ever had! Usually, I hate furniture shopping just because of the sales people. Most times when you walk into a furniture store you are just bombarded and followed around the entire time. But she did the absolute opposite which we loved! She was absolutely fantastic! She gave us the perfect amount of space, support, and information! And because of that too, I didn’t want to wait to purchase the couch!

Kim is a great salesperson. Worked with me to get good pricing on a black Regis power leather recliner to complete the set before they are discontinued. The battery pack price has increased but will be useful for the recliner is not close to an outlet. Perfect Home is a great store to shop at for your household needs.
