I have to say that the customer service is zero star for us. When we got there the employe was barely talking to us. No hello no smile. I asked him what does a day look like for a dog in the kennel I got the shortest answer possible. During my dog’s stay I called to inquire on how he’s doing I was again by a different employe answered with just a « ye he’s doing fine» I had to ask some question on what he’s doing how is he seddling in. She told me that He’s playing with other dogs and getting along with the dogs. I didn’t get more info I almost felt like I was annoying just asking how he’s doing. When I went to get my dog once again we had to inquire on how it went if he was fine and everything because the employe wasn’t talking to us at all. She told us that he didn’t play with other dogs because he’s intact. Which honestly it’s fine I understand but don’t tell me on the phone that he’s playing with other dogs and having fun with the dogs when you don’t let him play with them it’s pretty misleading … so yeah customer service is a big zero for me and my husband not friendly at all didn’t even tell us if he ate is food the day we got him they just really look like they don’t care. I like that it’s remote in the country. But I also didn’t really like the installations it was gloomy and depressive in the kennel when you look at where the dogs sleepy
