I was referred to PerioPartners by my dentist. Really impressed with Dr Drew Czernick and his team! Can’t believe their bedside manner, informative style and excellent work. Two appointments down towards my first tooth implant including the extracted tooth and bone graft. Smooth as silk! Very little pain during and after the tooth extraction and bone graft. I was a little dizzy when I got out of the chair and the team couldn’t have been better. They got me a chair and a juice, one offered to go and start my car for me in -40 weather. While no one likes the dentist, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Worst part of treatment is the numbing injection. I’d like parking to be validated, as it’s pricy being downtown, but never a problem to find a spot. Also bonus points as often the clinic runs ahead of schedule and over the past year they have not run behind or cancelled last minute.

My entire experience at PerioPartners was very good so far. All the staff were very professional, friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had.

I have been coming here for over 12 years and am very happy with all the staff. Always very pleasant to work with and Jill, my hygienist, is the best there is (sorry if I have the wrong title). The work she has done has literally helped me keep my teeth and I could not be happier.

The staff at Perio Parnters are AMAZING! The receptionists always had friendly greetings and treated you kindly. Dr Czernick and his assistants were extremely knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. The whole team made an experience that I was scared and anxious about, into an experience where step by step I was informed about what will happen next, given instructions every visit on how to properly take care of the work that was done and was even provided a cell phone number just in case I needed to call the actual Dr.who had performed these procedures. They truly go above and beyond and I am very thankful they helped me get one step closer to closing a chapter in my life that has been difficult to process.

I felt very cared for. The aura of the whole office was very light-hearted and helpful. I've been to a lot of medical offices in the last four years unfortunately and this office was by far the most comfortable as far as how I was taken care of. I even joked with the front staff that it was a pleasure coming to their office and asked how many people say that after being at the dentist. We had a good laugh. The front staff also went out of their way to help with my paperwork, of which there was a lot. Dr. Gibson and the assistant were very kind and caring in their dealings with me. I have an awesome family dentist and I knew he would never refer me to a periodontist that wasn't credible and top notch. My first visit was only a consult and I need to go back for more treatment. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly mannerism of all staff. From the front desk reception area, to the dental assistant Christina and Dr. Drew Czernick. Since this is my first time to see a periodontist, Dr. Czernick was very calming, patient and eased any nervousness I might have had. He explained in detail all future treatment I will need. Although to be honest, I'm not looking forward to further treatment, I do feel like I am in great hands and that makes it a little bit easier!

The staff at PerioPartners and Dr. Drew are absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful, very accommodating and quick to respond, and superb at comforting and reassuring scared patients like myself.

Dr. Drew did a fantastic job with my gum grafting. I couldn't believe how quick the actual procedure was. He was also really gentle and understanding, I did not feel any pain at all. The healing process was a lot, but went well, and I felt taken good care of during all follow up appointments.

As soon as I walk into the office I feel like I’m home. Today I thought my appointment was at 9: 20 and I had to wait 20 minutes which was very unusual. I mentioned it to Bailey (dental assistant) and she couldn’t believe it. She talked to the staff to find out what went wrong. My appointment was at 9: 50…which I checked my phone and sure enough it was. My bad!

To find a group of people that their priority is to make the patient the most important part of their business is amazing! Dr. Czernick is an amazing person and an amazing implant specialist. He even gets a mirror so I can look before he stitches it up…but only if I promise not to throw up or faint. Lol! He is funny, professional and has a very kind soul!

I had an appointment today and I’ve been told it’s gonna take less than a hour and i parked my vehicle beside the building for 1 hour!
When i got there i told them i have one hour parking and if this is gonna take more than one hour let me know then i can go buy more hour!
I’ve been told it shouldn’t take more than hour and if i get parking ticket they would pay for the ticket!
And it took 1,5 hour to complete my check up and examination!
When i get my car i had a ticket already!
I took the ticket back to them but they said I should of pay more than one hour for the parking meter!

I was in to see PerioPartners yesterday and blown away by the efficiency, care and quality of service. I had some rather severe bone loss which resulted in losing an implant. The procedure yesterday involved getting a bone graft. Dr. Czernick performed the procedure, and besides having one of the best "bed side manners" I've ever experienced, his work was amazingly efficient and TOTALLY pain free. I was told afterward that I would most likely experience some pain, swelling and bruising, and I've had none of this. I expect this is in large part to Dr. Czernick's abilities.
The pre-service check in was as painless as the procedure, as was the pre-and post op discussion and information sharing with the Dental Assistant, Alexandria. She also assisted Dr. Czernick on the procedure.

I was super nervous to have my gum grafting done. My husband had it done a few years before and had a fair amount of discomfort. I had ZERO! Great Doctor, great staff! I highly recommend PerioPartners!

1. Staff unfailingly polite, helpful and patient. BRAVO.
2. Temperature check used a hand-held device; when I enquired how the device was calibrated staff knew the answer. BRAVO.
3. Scan technician forgot to use the protective lead apron; she was forthcoming and apologetic when I asked (after scan) if there was a reason the apron was not used. Surprized at this lapse in safety. Please follow up with all staff.
4. I was provided with a Covid-19 Consent form with two errors: (i) old form used for Emergent procedure which my treatment was not, and (ii) concatenation of known "under-lying health condition" C-19 risks with a non-health condition/unproven C-19 risk. Consent Form not under Version Control.

My first consult and assessment was a very positive experience! Safety protocols were clearly in place and communicated/implemented consistently. Pam and Dr. Drew did an amazing job of explaining my condition to me and I felt that the assessment was very thorough. Bith if these professionals were attentive to my individual situation and listened to my questions and concerns. At no point did I feel rushed or part of a “system”. The physical space and front desk staff (Sorry-I forgot your names!) were equally as reassuring, kind and efficient. I feel confident entering into a treatment cycle with this organization, and would highly recommend you obtain a referral from your dentist if you need their services.

I was overdue for my appointment with Perio Partners because of Covid-19 restrictions, and I must admit I was still nervous about going. I needn't have worried - the staff were all masked in the front area, distancing was strictly enforced through clear protocols, and staff in the treatment rooms were dressed head to toe in protective gear. I felt safe, Jill (the hygienist) did a great job as always and is just an awesome person. I am happy to be caught up on my treatment and grateful for a team at Perio Partners who go to such lengths to make sure their patients are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
