Should really examine your management structure after seeing the whiteboard message all over the internet. What an embarrassing picture portraying Alberta companies. How about a white board message grossly apologizing and humbly asking for understanding for the screw up. I can't believe I saw this on my favorite sites for funny stuff under a Section titled "Capitalism at its worst".

We designed a shade structure for our yard and wanted nice, beefy rafters that wouldn't warp as we were running tracks on them. Aluminum was the answer and Permacorp delivered a fantastic product. They had different size options in stock so we could get the exact look we wanted. They asked helpful and intelligent questions to confirm our specs. The angles, flanges, end caps.everything was manufactured just right. They had lots of choices for powder-coating colors and we LOVE the final result. In fact the rafters are the nicest part of our whole project.
The office folks were easy to work with and communicated well. And the fellows who delivered were friendly yet professional.
We used Permacorp for an aluminum railing over 15 years ago and they are still providing great service and product. Yes, aluminum costs more than wood, but we'll be sitting on our patio sipping cool drinks for the next few decades while the neighbours are out staining and maintaining their wooden structures every couple of years.

Prompt, professional and reasonably priced.
We had others quote on our privacy screen project but ‘the others’ priced high and just seemed to eyeball the measurements, offering little or no information on choices for glass and fittings. Permacorp prebuilt the frame based on exact measurements and BAMM it was perfect. Installation took an hour. Torsten and Manfred are fantastic.

The quality of the product and installation was top box. Privacy wall solution was creative and well engineered. Company listens to what you want and delivers as needed. Good value and service.

Great customer service and communication. Quality of powder coating has always been great with prompt service.

Decided to go with PERMACORP for picket railing and privacy railing. I paid my down payment, They came out and measured a month ago. I’m still waiting on install originally I was told it would be 2 weeks after measurements. So I wait 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from them since they don’t have the greatest commication I decide to call and check up, they now say it will be a totally of six weeks before I get my railing installed, so we’ll see if they can even make that deadline or not I suspect they won’t since they don’t give progress updates. So with poor communication and poor management. I would not go with this company again. I will update my review if when the finish my railing.
