I like Pet Planet a lot, it's a great place to shop to keep your dollars in your community and province.
I've been to 4 of them in Edmonton. This one being way up north had a very good selection of items. I'm used to my local Pet Planet going above and beyond for me, and while this location would not, I can't fault them too much for being just fine.

Been shopping at this store for months but when I need their help on a return they shut me down. A bad product but no it's our policy no returns. This is the 3rd time that their product made my dog sick.
Hey but who cares it's just a dog they love pets.
BS money it king and a value customer means nothing.
So I will never go there again. I can spend my money elsewhere.

I love taking my pup here to pick out a chew as a fun outing. It's smaller than the bigger superstore-type places, but has a great selection, everything one could need.
