My cat has cancer, and we are putting him down on Friday. The owners gave me his favorite treats for free. I highly recommend shopping here they are very sympathetic and caring!

The newer owners are absolutely amazing. The staff has also been great. They are always so willing to help and super friendly. Happy to be back in red deer to come back to this location.

The staff was very rude to me when I went in.they followed me every where I went. I don't know why. Chinos and a sweater aren't usually what shop lifters wear. I was asked to leave they did not provide an explanation. Sad but I know not to go back now at least.

I took some photos of dog treats to research because my dog has problems with some and got yelled at. I’m just trying to give my dog the best treats I can find. Sorry if that goes against your policy.

Everyone there is great, they know our dog even if he doesn’t come in with us every time. All their dog food is high quality, same thing with the treats.

Always such a pleasant experience shopping here. The staff are eager to help and I was able to score some great bones for my pups. They offer different discounts Tuesday-thursday which is just a huge bonus.

I've tried different stores/brands in the past and with a pup who is highly allergic and sensitive to different proteins it makes it hard. Their frozen section is the only one I trust for my dogs as I've had adverse reactions to different brands which nearly put my dog in the pet hospital. The lady at the front mentioned that they take care in choosing which brands to work with for frozen/raw bones and it brought me so much comfort knowing that I can time and time again trust that my dog is getting high quality products.

I was just in here, this store claims not to sell rawhide because it's bad for dogs when they have a ton of it. Not a big fan of false advertising.

Staff always give a welcoming greeting and offer help. They carry one of the only canned cat food my almost toothless cat will eat. Local owners are there often and super friendly and helpful!

I love, love your store and customer service. Our dog was in for grooming this past week and it was worth every penny. He is still soft, barely shedding (yay!) and smells great. I had my baby in the car so I couldn’t get him in the store and the baby, so Ashley went out to get him for me. It was his first experience and we will definitely be back.
But more, I love your store because you always offer to carry out his dog food, you support local companies and you only recommend products based on what’s best for our pets, not price or sales. Also, your staff is very informed about all things that dogs. I appreciate all of it, especially when I was pregnant.

Been to several pet planets. They're all good, staff are super friendly and helpful here as well. Store is large and bright and well looked after. And they carry good brands. You won't find Purina or Fancy Feast here, but lots of Almo, Acana, Orjin, Kong etc

They always help me with my huge bags of dog food out to my vehicle! Best pet store, only time I shop elsewhere is if they don't have the product it, and if its something I regularly buy they'll order it in

I just love my neighborhood Pet Planet. They are very patient with me and try and help me find the best foods for my cat's needs. Very happy I switched pet food stores.

Overall an enjoyable experience. They have raw meat bones and the customer service is well received with a good vibe.
