The staff is incredibly friendly and some seem very knowledgeable in the product they sell, but above that, they are will to give you the “caution” of the product and feed back with some of the products with other recommendations. Most pet stores is just young staff looking for part time work.

Pet planet stores are great, lots of varieties, we purchase fresh food for our dog since the ingredients are very good. The staff are always friendly.
