Popped into Pet Planet today as Pet Value in Beaumont does not stock K9 raw (Leduc does). Wow we were extremely impressed! A Very well organized, clean store.not huge like the Pet Value but has plenty of choices.for our boy Couper it has a huge selection of all the K9 raw flavours & size packages… but more importantly the friendly, very knowledgeable sales person Lindsay was amazing & a pleasure to speak with! To compare service of the Pet Value a few shops away just moments before Pet Planets experience & regardless of not having K9 raw, the sales person behind the desk was busy looking on his phone when we came, didn’t ask or offer us any assistance.when I asked at the Pet Value desk a simple - no we don’t stock that.just thought closer to home in Beaumont better than going to Leduc … we are so very pleased we popped into Pet Planet as we are now Pet Planet costumers with great service … thank you Lindsay at Pet Planet!

I've been going to Pet Planet since I moved here in 2018. The staff are wonderful, Lindsay (the owner) even went out of her way to give me human diapers when doggie diapers wouldn't stay on my geriatric dog. The points system is pretty rad too!

Always greeted kindly by the staff. Staff always does a great job trimming my dogs nails.

Always a friendly place. Knowledgeable staff helped me when I needed to switch to specific dog food. Large assortment of treats.

Great staff! They were super patient with my dramatic dog. Wish they would carry our dog food so I don't have to drive into Edmonton.
