The Petstop Canada team is great. Answers the questions right away. I and my dog has a good life after we have a plexi door. I donot need to worry about taking him out for washroom during cold weather. He goes and comes back on his own at the side of my house. He doesnot need to wait for me while I am at work. The plexi door was on my wooden door at my old house and now it is on the wall at my new house. Tim is great. He is always there to help out with any issues with the door. At my old place, he even helped me to find the whole exterior door since my old door was half glass and half wood. He installed whole exterior door with plexi door on it. Also, the new installation on the wall is clean and perfect.

I had my pet fence installed last year by Pet Stop Canada and not only am I thrilled with their product to keep my dog in the yard but their customer service is unmatched.

We have had Pet Stop invisible fencing since 2019 on two acreage properties. A safe place is very important to us for these two busy pups! Tim and his crew have always gone above and beyond for us. Weekends if necessary, whatever it takes! We would highly recommend Tim and his crew as well as Pet Stop products.

Always great service. One of my transmitters stopped working (had it for a long while) and I had a warranty replacement next day. Line was severed somewhere and the service was out immediately. Highly recommend Tim and PetStop, great service, great product.

I have been using the Pet Stop Invisible fence for approx 15 years over a couple of acres for containment of my 2 dogs which borders is next to the main road.
It has proven to be very effective in keeping my dogs safe and on the property. Tim and associates have always provided excellent support and service over the years. Rod

Great company and people. This fence has been a lifesaver on 2 acres. My dogs have 2 acres to run and play on and I don’t have to worry about them running off into the bush or onto the road. Easy to train them to the boundaries. Tim and his crew are super helpful. We’ve had this fence for about 4 years now and from ordering batteries or replacement collars, they are there! I totally stand behind this product and this company!

We have used this system for a number of years. When it was first installed it worked. Coming on 7 years now we have no luck. We called PetStop out and each time it never worked. Also the customer service has went way down. Very dissappointed.

We have been with Pet Stop for over 15 years on our acreage. It has been a great system for our 2 dogs and if or when the system needs a repair they are quick and awesome to fixing it. We have many family and friends that also enjoy this invisible dog fencing. Tim is a very friendly, knowledgeable and great guy to work with.

We live in the country with a beautiful view. In 2008 Petstop installed Pet Stop around our full property (20 acres) to keep successfully our Bernese Mountain Dogs on our property for 10 years. After 10 years we needed some repairs (broken line) and the call-out charges are expensive. We decided after the second time to bite the bullet and installed a newer system by them around a 5 acre portion. Our Leonberger and Boxer (both menaces;-) stay on our property which is important in cattle country. IF we move, I would use them again.

We’ve had the same Pet Stop system installed on our property West of Millarville, Alberta for almost 20 years. During this time, Tim and his team have provided us with nothing less than excellent and prompt service when we’ve needed it.
