We recently have been trying to call to book an appointment for grooming and the staff have been so rude including the in house lady who does grooming. Have no idea what’s going on but every time we call they hang up and the lady who does the grooming is so rude and unprofessional over the phone. Unless you want to be yelled at over the phone for trying to book an appointment, do not go here. Give your business somewhere else.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The assortment of products is perfect, not so much that it's overwhelming but enough to give you some choice. It's clean and well set up.

Nice staff, decent experience, I love when they have cats available for adoption as you can give them a little love when stopping in for pet food. Sometimes not in stock for what you are looking for but lots of options so that's good.

Candace Amelia was the absolute best staff there. She helped me dress up my new rescued pitbull to the nines. Full of information and great tips. Go see her if you want the best

I don't even live in Airdrie and I love this store. Candace is incredibly knowledgeable and selects the best items, my pets always love them! It's very apparent that they're passionate about what they do here & truly love animals.

The staff always carries out my heavy dog food.
Today I had a return which I certainly didn’t expect to be refunded I suggested they donate my purchase but the manager wouldn’t hear of that and credited my credit card.
That positive interaction certainly insureds that I’ll buy all my dog food there again and goodbye to Amazon.

The front staff are amazing and always willing to help you find all your pet needs. May in the grooming center was very gentle and very helpful to cut and trim my 8 year old Yorkie. I would recommend these people who are awesome and know your pets.

Always has what I'm looking for and always has recomendations. Great spot if you're hunting something down for a pet.

Went to buy for someone else's dog and from a person's perspective that doesn't go into pet stores, it's not well laid out or easy to find what you need! In sure if I was a regular it would be different. But that's my feedback!

Well laid out and very clean! Super friendly staff and lots of great options. Including some healthier options for your fur babies.

Clean store, good staff, safety measures in place.
Each time I go however, they have less of things I look for for my birds.
I will likely return but I will be purchasing the bulk of my bird necessities elsewhere.

We made an appointment for just a basic nail trim. And was treat so amazing she really took the time that was needed and made sure my two senior (one is deff) pups had a calim atmosphere. I really appreciate this as I've had a lot of bad experience in the past with nail trims and the pups getting quicked so happy that can comfortably come back and know that my dogs will be treated properly. Thank you for everything.

Very close by my home. A variety of pet food and everything else you might want to get your pet

Yesterday my sister and I picked up her new dog and we decided to go to Pet Value for the dogs stuff and Candice was more than exceptionnel with service. She helped messure her dog and picked out everything for the dog. She was very helpful and polite:)

Came in to find a sweater for my new puppy. We were able to find one that fit her! She's so small everything was too big. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The store it's self is really clean and organized; it's enjoyable and easy to shop there. Will it check it out again and recommend it!

Best pet store in Airdrie. Very bright. Extremely clean and organized and I have no concerns with bringing my pup Cooper here.

First day of dog ownership, Alex greated me with excitement and was extremely helpful with finding a collar that fit /Kennel and recommendations on accessories

May the first day so much easier and we come back ever few days just to get my pup socialized and get some water and treats during walks.

Another good pet store in Airdrie. Staff was friendly and helpful. Well stocked. A little crowded. But they had everything I was looking for. They also carry the raw meat food I have my dog on. Good selection. Pricing is a little bit higher but not so much its prohibitive.

I have been taking my precious furbaby to May for the past 7 years. I have never been disappointed in any service we have received at this location. May is awesome with the pets, Bailey always gets so excited when I tell her we are going to see "aunty May"
I would not take my Bailey anywhere else. Bailey is treated like a princess there as are all the other puppies that go there. If you ever have a chance, take the time to stop by and just listen to how Aunty May interacts with the ones she is grooming, you will amazed with the interaction. They are all precious to her as she is to all of us.

Always get pet stuff here and just go to say hi to the cats sometimes staff is mostly friendly and it's never too crowded

Went in, asked if they sold my dogs particular food, said yes and took me to it. Very kind and helpful staff.

I had an issue with a bag of cat food, and they offered a solution right away! I'm very impressed with the great customer service I recieved. Will be returning! Thanks guys!
