Truly disappointed. We arrived at 7: 59, our dog rolled in poop and we were denied the dog wash because it closed at 8. Its sad as you want to support local but we won't be going back.
Store closes at 9. So 7: 59 should be an acceptable time.

I found a soaking wet kitty in the car wash but I couldn’t take it home. The ladies at the shop were waiting at the front door with a towel and all the love for it after I called. The SPCA and Humane Society were closed so they were happy to help. Thanks guys!

Always has the most friendly helpful staff. New cat mom and still figuring out things. I definitely have 2 favorite staff members there who have helped me out lots!

Have shopped here often in the past, but will not be anymore. I don't appreciate being refused the sale price on an advertised item with in-store signage.

We had our dogs out at my in-laws farm for the holidays and they needed a bath BAD. I called the store to see if I could schedule them in for the wash bay on our way home. They closed at 6 and I told her we would be there for around 5: 30 and I asked if that would be ok. She responded by saying they usually clean up and shut down the wash bays around 5, but that she could hold them open for us until 5: 30 so we could clean the pooches. We really appreciate them going above and beyond and letting us come in so last minute, I know they would’ve have to clean up after our use and we truly appreciate them being willing to do that. They also brought us some treats for our puppies as my one dog is unfortunately very vocal about how much he hates bath time haha. Thank you again guys, we really appreciate you.

I get uncomfortable now, always feels like it has to be a fast trip going in. You can't stand to long in the isle to look around, they might think your stealing. So they ask you for the 4th time if you need anything then stand there awkwardly watching you. Does everyone get treated like that or is it because I'm brown? I rather drive to Walmart and take my time looking at toys for my furbabies there.

Always has the brand I want in stock. Very friendly and helpful staff. And you get to pet kittens if you ask ️

Took my dog in at 8pm, not realizing their bathing area closed at 8: 30. I felt so bad. It was his first time and although, it took some coaxing we got him in there. The lovely lady was so patient with us and was absolutely great! She explained everything and went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. I’ll definitely go back just for the customer service alone.

Wanted to buy litter yesterday. Was completely ignored by a lady who was at the till but was too busy doing nothing on her computer to help out. Will not go back. Went to Ponoka instead.

Nice Store. Has a wide variety of pet supplies. Smelled a bit of urine, but dogs were being washed at the time in the back.

Nice and attentive staff, they let you know about specials, sales and events. Fun atmosphere, busy for a reason.

I absolutely say to whom ever, this is the store to go too! They were about to close but she stayed open for me to get there and buy my dog'ter food. Very pleased with their quality and friendliness!

Everytime I go in, the staff is always polite, friendly and attentive. I never have to wait or feel like I am a nuisance. Great selection and love how they give back to the community!

Lots of cat and dog food supplies. Some fish and live bugs for the reptiles. Usually have a few kittens ready for adoption from rescue agencies.

Have been in the store twice since it opened and the first experience was horrible so didn’t want to go back but thought I’d give another chance.nope. Sarcastic & extremely judgemental, criticism.and when asked a question got sarcastic judgemental response.horrible customer relations.wont go back.
