Pet Valu Okotoks in D’Arcy crossing is a very nice store with a very large dog washing area. The staff is very friendly and the store is very organized.

Owner of this particular location is jacking up prices of things by 50% compared to the stores in calgary.for example rats & mice; their supplier is from okotoks area for both calgary and okotoks locations (as told to me by the owner of the deer run location), rats& mice from calgary are less than half the price than the ones from okotoks.

Review of the Tubs. The Tubs were very clean, but didn't drain, (the picture is of the tub 7 minutes after my Dog got out and it still wasnt draining.) so by the end, my Dog was standing in 6 inches of water, so her paws didn't get properly done. The Shampoo was so watered down I went through an entire bottle and barely got any sudz, but the conditioner wasn't watered at all.
The Towel given, was very thin, like a thin beach towel and did not dry my short haired Boxer Dog.
The dryer kept popping out of the wall and wasn't appreciated by my Dog anyway. She hated the dryer and the fact it was blowing cold air, after just coming out of water, it should be warmer.
I appreciate these services, so I'm not breaking my back at home and having an easier way to get my Dog into a Tub, but I won't be back to this one.

We went here yesterday for the first time to use the dog wash. What an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and helped us get set up. I cannot believe it is only $10 to use the wash and everything is provided!
The wash area was incredibly clean and well situated for dogs to get in and out of the tubs. Quite an upgrade from where we have been going these past years. My dog was low stress given the environment was much more comfortable. As well the air hose they have is not too high velocity and allowed my dog to tolerate it much better than the past.
Not only that but you can optionally donate the $10 to the local pet rescue in High River. I will definitely keep coming back and start donating extra washes while there! Such an amazing job Pet Valu team! I look forward to switching all of my pets needs to your store!

I adopted my cat through this petvalu and the staff were very friendly and super knowledgeable about everything I needed to take good care of my new furry friend:)
