Terrible service. One girl only on a ridiculously busy Saturday but she’d rather stand in an aisle talking to someone about dog food not even a sale and make a sale stand for 15 min at the counter just wanting to pay. I won’t be back to this location ever.

Went here for a dog wash only to realize they don’t offer towels for their dog wash. I’ve been to almost every pet value around this city a thousands times, this was a first for me. But the staff were nice enough to get me directions to another location where I could do what I needed. If it were not for the great attitude of the staff, I would have given zero stars

While we've been here before and it was fine today was not a good experience. We came in with our pup and no one even acknowledged us at all.
When asked questions about the kitties up for adoption the employee could care less and was quite short.
We will definitely be traveling a bit further from home and not visit this location again.

Great and friendly store. Love that they have pets in the store, for adoption. Quality products and helpful people.

Ran into the store to grab some vitamins.
Some dog treats smell stale, like pricey nuts in bulk section at the store which sit there forever it looks like some products sit there on the shelf for a long time. The expiration dates are still good but it doesn’t go with packaging, it’s a sticker on a package which can be replaced easily with a better date.

Some treats are ok and dog eats it.
Can’t say I will be back but overall 50/50 impression.

I'd like to address that there's been two black and white kittens at this location for quite a while now and they're starting to look very depressed their eyes like you can see are very droopy and they're not allowed to come out of the cage for some exercise either before people leave work maybe play with them an hour or maybe before people open shop play with them for an hour I think it's really cruel that poor little baby kittens that age are being stuck in a cage and some (Big boneded redhead lady) got all defective at me and was quit rude to and all i said was aww poor kittens. I have 2 kittens of my own and there happy and lively and loved they go outside everyday for 1hr well i watch them play! I take amazing care of my kittens and i can tell the kittens at this Pet Valu need some extra love
I walked up to the cage and they meowed at me and if i didnt no any better they said help us the cage did not look to clean or there bad or blankets there stuck with inside that cage.no toys.please address this. Give them some extra toys so there not so stressed out.it really saddened me to see poor babys like thismy heart felt so sad and broken for them when i left the store.

Staff were really good. They helped me find what i needed, and were very knowledgeable about the product, and ideas for me to try.

Would recommend this location 1 million percent, Nelly was such a bright soul, glad to see someone who loves what they do so much!

There is no pet valu here? The pictures are literally the mr. Lube off of walmart southcommon? I was so confused what

I was greeted with smiles & an offer to help me shop as I am partially disabled. Talk about excellence in customer service!
I was treated to a visit with a 3 year old brown tabby cat who is awaiting adoption. These things alone made my Sunday wonderful! Thank you ladies!
This location is super clean, bright & well stocked. I will be a return customer for sure!
