Very disappointed in our experience at the pet wash today. We prepaid as always, went and started bathing our dog as always…had just put conditioner on her and one of the associates came and informed us that there was now a line up and we only had 5 of our 30 minutes left. A few minutes later when we were still rinsing said conditioner, the other girl working at the store essentially came and told us to hurry up as there were others waiting. We were going as fast as we could but couldn’t miss any conditioner or it could irritate her skin. We have bathed her here numerous times and have never been informed of a 30 minute time limit. It is not posted anywhere on any of the posters around the dog wash station nor on the website. We had to leave with a wet dog. I explained this all to the second girl on our way out, didn’t get much understanding or sympathy. I suggested that maybe we hadn’t been informed before as it was not busy and she said we should be being told even when it’s not busy in quite a snarky tone; but then why did they not tell us when we paid before going back there today then? Hypocrisy at best. And how are you supposed to wash and blow dry a 65 pound dog in 30 minutes? Will not be returning.

One of the ladies working came off extremely rude, making us feel unwelcome. We came to wash our dogs, get a sweater, and some treats. On our way out one of our dogs peed in the store. We were then given a plastic bag and told to clean it up, tie up the plastic bag and throw it in the garbage can OUTSIDE of the store. Then told for next time we’re not suppose to stay in the store after the bath. Only bathe them and leave.

Had a nail event for dogs. Sonia was fantastic.
Our 9 month old puppy did not make a steak she was so fast and did a great job!

This is the BEST Pet Value location in all of Edmonton. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I only come to this location anytime my dogs need a wash. I've tried the locations closer to my home, but none of them compare to Sherwood Park Baseline.
