Friendly and attentive staff! The groomer is very helpful and caters to the pet's need.

Dog Wash needs major upgrading. Cold water, then hot. Cold, then hot. Blow dryer was cold air so my dog was shivering and it didn't really dry him off. Awkward setup as well. This is also a MORE EXPENSIVE dog Wash than competitors.

I brought my mini poodle in for his first puppy haircut. I should Anastasia a picture of the cut I wanted as she said she would do her best as it was his first cut. Well, she did an AMAZING job! I am so happy with his cut and how kind they were to my pup!

Coming into this store I was treated nicely by the staff. But throughout my shop I unfortunately overheard the staff bad mouthing other members of their team. Very unprofessional.

I am troubled when I walk into a store and I hear staff members trash other pet related companies. I happen to use and love one of the companies this girl Chantal (I think that's the name I heard) was speaking about. This is unprofessional and isn't a good look for a locally run business. Businesses should be supporting eachother. My GF had the same experience with inappropriate conversations when she shopped here. We will take our business elsewhere.

I have only had great experiences at this location. The staff are very kind and have excellent product knowledge. I brought my puppy in with me tonight to get grooming supplies, and she absolutely loved all of the attention she got. The girl who helped us took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us pick the right products for our puppy. Amazing service!

Employees so nice here, I hurt my back and she carried my dog food out to my car for me! Always appreciate this kind of service!

Pretty standard Pet Valu, expensive but decent quality products with a good selection, staff is friendly.

What a great place with wonderful people. The prices are all so reasonable and the pet washing station in the back is worth it’s weight in gold. They spoil my dog as she’s getting a bath and they really cemented her love of baths. They were also amazing enough to let me bring my cat for a bath and we’re so loving towards her. I couldn’t be happier!
