Peter Pond Mall

Nobody answers their phone. Not the stores. Not the managers, not the general manager of the mall. In an age where everyone has a phone, this is terrible customer service and these people desperately need to be replaced.

Easy to navigate, great stores, and amazing food! My favourite stores are Coles, The Source, and Dollarama. The workers are great, the place is nice and clean, and they have tremendous seasonal displays. New York Fries may be my favourite restaurant there. There are also amazing massage chairs. A dollar for 3 minutes. Truly worth it, considering you can adjust the intensity. After a bit of shopping at Coles, it felt nice to relax there a little. My friend accidentally hit the wrong intensity, and his reaction was hilarious! One thing I enjoy doing is smelling the candles at Bath & Body Works. I asked, the employees are okay with it. Truly a great mall that I enjoy visiting every time

New York fries is where we ate at. Very quaint and charming place, food was hot and delicious. Very quick too.

It’s like all of downtown Fort Mac, it’s a little slow these days. I still like going here for the sports check and Edo Japan. Like any public space these days it has its fair share of shady individuals.

A wide range of stores available. Sports check at one end and Dollarama at the other end. Food court available.

Beggars can’t be choosers. One mall and limited stores. We just lost the foot locker last month and that was one of my favourite stores. Now all we have is sport check. We need more retailers and better options. Food court was shut down due being unsanitary. We need better food Options. Some of the stores are over priced because their rent if high too. Peter pond needs to drop the rent so more people can take business chances. The dollorama located in the mall gets more traffic then the whole mall combined. We need more retailers and more food options.

Only mall in town. Medium size mall. Very neat and clean. Few jewellery stores here. Jewelry collection is very good. Sport check is one of the best store for me to buy most of things for the family. You can get very good quality of Shoes, bags, winter clothes, and other items. Food court is decent size. They always keep it neat and clean. There are washrooms by food court and first floor. Dollar store is inside the mall. However many stores have been closed which is not helpful for the residents here. I have experienced very good Customer service in each and every store of this mall. Items price are comparable to other places, for example, Edmonton and Calgary. I request everyone to shop local and help local.

2 stars because this place is older than me and the only mall here with all ya need (4 & half stars) if they had somebody to do professional piercings that's NEED not a want.

Watching the shoplifters and vagrants getting pummeled by beefcake security guys is probally one of the more interesting things to watch in this town.

This is a pretty good mall. However, the inside does feel pretty dated and some of the stores could use a facelift, e.g. Ben Moss Jewellers has much nicer stores in other cities. This mall has a lot of the stores one could be looking for but there is some room for improvement.

Quaint mall with some great smaller stores with good prices and selection. Nice little food court also.

Dated mall, but has a decent assortment of retail stores. Parking is ok until it snows hard, then it is a little crazy.

Its your basic mall. Nothing stands out at me about this mall but it has a bit of everything. Could use a face lift.

Nice people and the stores that are there are clean. Unfortunately for the businesses it is really quiet.

Despite it being a mall, there isn’t really much to do here if you aren’t into jewellery and clothing.

There was no pond and it is located in Fort McMurray. Would give 2 more starts if located closer to Edmonton.

Would be deserving of more stars, but they use Paladin Security so I don't feel safe visiting anymore.

Small and incredibly busy during the holidays. During the off season it's clean and quiet with a couple of interesting store.

For those who appreciate what the mall has to offer it works. For those visiting it is likely to be a disappointing experience.

I think people have underestimated this city for not having enough stores to shop at. This mall has a food court and has over 60 stores.

It's ok, their is no everyday items to be purchased at this mall. Ex toilet paper, paper towels, every day food items.
