Great place to order replacement parts for your appliances. I ordered a part for my washer and they had it the next day. I was washing clothes soon after. Highly recommend plus they also sell appliances of course.

They booked me in quickly, my whole experience was very professional, from the friendly receptionist and technician to the the cost of being fair and reasonable. The problem was solved quickly and we're glad to have our icemaker working properly again. I will definitely call them again should I need repairs for my appliances in the future. I'm very satisfied with their service.

I called to have an appliance repaired and the lady who answers the phones clearly hates her job. She was so curt and rude I just decided I don't want to support this business. When someone calls your business to spend money the least you can do is not be rude.

Very unprofessional. Missed the appointment and was late for the other one. Was on his phone most of the time he was there. The technicians idea of checking the dryer was turning it on and putting his hand in it to see if it was warm. The dryer was still broken when he left with no diagnosis of what was wrong, but he still charged $50 for looking at it. Do not go through this business if you want proper fixes for your washer and dryer.

The lady was extremely rude. Didnt acknowledge us when we entered the store. She looked like she hated her job. Very poor customer service!

We booked an appointment for them to change our filter, they said they were busy for the next 2 weeks and gave us a list of days to be serviced. They offered to come on the Friday of the next week but my partner and myself were working that day so we booked it for the following Tuesday, we even confirmed that they had it as the Tuesday. We then waste our entire morning on the Tuesday waiting for them to show up, and we give them the benefit of the doubt that they were late. Nope turns out the lady who scheduled us didn't actually listen when we said we worked on the Friday and scheduled it that day, despite us confirming with her that we were working and couldn't so it had to be the Tuesday. Now after calling and finding this out they are making us wait another 2 weeks to get a filter on our dishwasher changed. So we literally have to wait a month now just to get our dishwasher fixed. The last guy who did it spent less than a half hour. Very disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism here.

The technician showed up at my house in an unmarked white van with derogatory political statements written on the windows. I felt unsafe letting someone so politically charged into my home while I was alone, which was made worse by him refusing to wear a mask before coming inside. It’s a free country and everyone is entitled to their beliefs, but it’s incredibly unprofessional to use your business to promote your personal views, especially when entering a customer’s private residence.

Wanted a quote for a repair on my stove and was told its no big deal its just the burner light being on all the time. Guess they are rolling in the dough to come and fix the problem

Got my dryer repaired today. Amazing experience! Very friendly, very helpful and informative and wasn’t crazy expensive like some places! Will absolutely be bringing my business here again.

Very short and abrupt. When I couldn't provide a model number for my dryer, wouldn't provide any suggestions on where I might look for it. I had pictures from all sides. Wouldn't come look at it at all without the number. Will not get my business in the future.

Helpful on phone with finding the washer model number and sent someone out within a few days even though they were super busy. Repaired washer for a very reasonable price. Will definitely call again.

Needed a dishwasher part ASAP. The front staff was a pleasure to deal with. They tried their best to get the part but it would be 2 day's before it arrived. So another worker tried to find a used park in stock. But no luck. He did give me a great DIY idea. I took his advice and was able to fix the part myself. Very nice to interact with people who genuinely want to help and aren't just in it to make a dollar. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and be back in the future.

Super helpful didn't have the part but ordered it in and I had it the next day. Faster and cheaper than amazon. Super helpful with asking what was wrong and turns out it's a common part to fail and even gave me some tips on what else it could be if that didn't fix the problem.

Ed has performaned two repairs for us and has been super helpful, friendly and fast. Appreciate his service

Technician refused to wear a mask upon entering my personal residence, despite being in a global pandemic in a jurisdiction with a mandatory mask mandate and immunocompromised individuals living in the house. Technician left without even looking at the job. Upon calling to voice my concerns with management, concerns were deflected an no accountability was taken. Very poor business practices and blatant disregard for public health crisis.

They never showed up. Decided that didn't want to drive here and instead of calling they let us take a day off and wait around for nothing. Will not be recommending!

Said they would send someone out to one of my rental properties, failed to mention there was a fee to go out and diagnose on the phone, ended up getting a quote that was twice as much as the washing machine was worth. Unprofessional on the phone, compared health care in Canada to justify the reason why they charge for quotes. Horrible service, do not recommend to anyone who own rental properties, or any real-estate at all for that matter.

I came in with a picture of what i thought to be a leaky part on my kitchen aid dishwasher.
After talking with the owner he mentioned it could also be this tiny little gasket that could be causing the problem. For $25 I though what the heck replace that gasket and if it stops the leak great if not then its the elbow.
So I bought the gasket and sure enough the leak is fixed. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I have a 30 year old Maytag side by side refrigerator. The freezer would melt and then refreeze items (ice cube maker would clump them together). Ed (technician) corrected a wiring error made by another local repair shop and the fridge is working like new! THANKS

A locally owned new and used large appliance store with a very competent service department. Parts are available for do it yourselfers. Friendly and knowledgeable counter staff.
