All the staff members were hiding in the back room with a full store of customers. We had called earlier inquiring of the price of adopting a hedgehog, The price given over the phone by the member was $200 higher than what we found out when we showed up. We took our business elsewhere when the member replied tee hee oops. Watch out for the Emily swithcheroo.

Great grooming here. Good store for all pet needs. Good selection of food brands for all ages of pets.

A great place to get dog treats and toys, plus I get to take my grand-dog with me - and she loves it! Only downfall is that the squeakers in the squeaky toys last about 2 minutes - if you're lucky.

Staff are friendly. The place is well organize to find easily the item. So many option to choose from.

Really appreciate the groomers! They have a great relationship with the animals! Petlland has amazing dog food!

So impressed by Hannah in the store today. She has helped us on numerous occasions come and spend time with a handful of the adoptions to assess whether or not they would work for our family. Today, we came home with the perfect fit in a beautiful cockatiel. Her patience was impeccable but more impressive is her devotion and love for the animals and their care in store. Her knowledge is inspiring and we were extremely grateful for her help. Thank you Hannah, we’re coming back to you when we need any more advice!

The staff were so kind to my toddler son! They brought out a bunny for him to pet and let us explore, even though we didn't buy anything. It was a great experience and the animals seemed very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

We stop here when we are in need of things for our Australian Labradoodle! She likes going into the store sometimes. She is a bit of a chicken when it comes to strange noises and lots of people! They stock most every kind of toy, chew, food, doggie treats, beds, crates, clothes boitiesand puppyluks for snow days!

I went in this morning and they had the treats I get for my little Yorkie that are about an inch or two in size marked up from 97cents to $1.57 a piece, apparently they have the Yaks themselves deliver them From the Himalayan mountains, what a rip off you guys are pulling on customers, that's about a 70 percent profit you are making on one little biscut, you should be closed down i will never step inside any of your stores ever again. Have a Merry Christmas you Grinches. P. S. 90 percent of your staff could use retraining.

This is a kinda funny one but just shows the level these workers care. I know they are still high school kids but come on your being paid to do a job. Got there asked 2 people about a cat food brand both of them said they don't carry it and I told them it says they do online.they both agreed nope not here. So I start looking more and found the wet cat food for this brand and i show them and ask now we know you carry it can they help to find the dry food. They then say no we just carry the wet we don't carry the dry. I told them that's silly and doesn't make sence so I started looking more. Sure enough I found it and as I'm walking to the till one of the kids comes up and says oh you found it I guess we do have it. Well buddy sure would of helped if you actually helped me one of the three times I asked.but I understand they are kids who don't care. I think more training should be required of these staff members

Another Pet Store. Ho Hum No. I don't want to be a member of anything and No, I don't want to donate to your cause of the moment. Just give me quality products for a reasonable price.

This is one of the best petstores in town. There are quite many choices for your pet. Althought there are not so many fish but they have almost everything you need. I would recommend this place for pet lovers

Poorly run. 0 knowledge and horrendous customer service. Pet valu is just a block away with much friendlier and knowledgable people and you dont have to pull and arm and a leg to get a staff member to help you.
