Tiger ty is lacking big time in the customer service depatment.spent a solid 5 minutes standing at the front waiting to talk to someone with another customer who said she had already been waiting a while. All to find out he was just sitting in the office with in ear shot of us.he should have sold his "oops srry i didnt even hear you" wayyyy better.you should have more experienced staff work night shift, this is the third or fouth time this guy and a trainnee have been the only ones working. This horrible service led to me purchasing a pet that killed multiple others I owned. I have spent atleast 300.00 in the last two months but after this im NEVER comming back and Ill make sure to warn others

Staff are great and good place to play with animals don't waste your time at country hills

Love this Petland! There are usually a pair of ferrets in care, which makes this one of my favourite pet stores. The work done with Adopt a Pet is good.

Staff were friendly. I got to see and touch a kitty. Prices are not too bad but can be a little pricey at times.

We adopted a cat from this location. Danielle and her team were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and they clearly prioritize the wellbeing of the animals in their care.

Very good and cheap pet store. Friendly sellers and warm welcome. We found food for our husky here. Highly recommend.

Was in the store couple weeks ago to get dog food, they were out of stock of what I needed. I asked if they could check one other location but they were out as well. The staff went above and beyond and called a few stores till they found the product I was looking for and had it ready for me to pick up at the other location. Great customer service every time I’ve been at this location.

If you value amazing customer service, very informative staff and a variety of animals, this petland location is worth the drive. The manager and the staff is very welcoming and is eager to assist you.

I brought home a leopard gecko and I received the best survive and information from there reptile handler 10/10 would recommend

It's really disheartening that all these pet stores sell you animals without really telling you how to care for them. I bought 2 snails for my betta tank, had no idea not to dump the water from the store in my tank (they didn't say not to), and now my fish is dying. I called and asked for Betta Revive and the person who answered the phone was trying to sell me water conditioner. Water conditioner isn't going to save my dying fish!

The shop is really organize and clean with friendly and helpful staffs. Found the winter clothes for my furry friend.

Small shop with friendly staff. Narrow isles and lots of products. Accessories are kind of expensive and I didn't notice anything on sale.

They tried to over charge me on my fish. I had 34 and she flat out said there was 42. Not a big deal but lying is lying. Customer service was zero. They just stand there looking at you instead of helping you. Never again will I go there.

I created a gmail account just for this review. If it could give it NO STARS I WOULD. I have been a manager for almost 20 years and the management at this Petland is atrocious. I have been coming to this Petland since it opened, it’s usually a lovely store. However, I’m not sure if this is an old manager or someone got promoted or what but the customer service and treatment of employees is astounding. How unprofessional is it to constantly ignore clients and their expertise? I’ve had dogs and cats for my whole life, but apparently all my knowledge is absurd and means nothing when they try to sell you junk that is harmful to pets or you don’t even need. The amount of times I’ve heard this manager yell at employees or seems to have issues with them grinds my gears. The incident that sparked this review happened today. I was t the cash register and before I could even go up to the register I could this woman screaming at an employee. I would assume it was. Not okay. Not acceptable. It is extremely unprofessional and some people may look the other way at that treatment of customer service employees but I sure as hell am not. I will not return to this Petland unless changes are made. Disgusting.

Came here to get my rabbits nails trimmed, and the only way they were going to do it, was without me. I gotta say I'm extremely disappointed, out of all people, the people at Petland should know that there is no way a rabbit would be okay having some humans he's never met before work on him without his handler, they should know better that rabbits are pray animals and doing this would likely cause him to be stressed to the point of GI Stasis. I think maybe your staff at Petland need to do a little more research on rabbits and how to handle them.

Bought my fish from here and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Incredibly knowledgeable and went way beyond expectations in tailoring a solution that fit my needs.

This place is Clean but not the same with their staff, I think they don't like Customers. Went in with a few kids and they were all excited. However, the staff weren't pleased by our presence. We got the vibe from them that were not gonna be paying customers. They saw us as a bunch of asians looking for free entertainment. We still spent our money there despite staff being rude.

I bought two bunnies. They do kind of pushing to buy accessories, cage and even animal food from them.

Great selection of animals, and an even greater group of staff! Most employees are quite knowledgeable, some more than others on certain animals and products, however everyone seems upbeat and positive every time I go in! I highly recommend checking out their fish and reptile department, here you will find a beautiful arrangement of colourful and healthy fish, and a unique and fascinating selection of reptiles and amphibians. The animals are all well taken care of here, and look to be very happy and healthy!
