Went here today on the off chance pet smart did not have what I needed for my pup, this man working their with a face mask, bald head, pudgy, stood their and watched me look at a product the entire time, obviously because i’m black as there were a few white customers present I was so disappointed he then proceeded follow me and my family out of the storethat was my first and last EVER time stepping foot in that store I will wait until pet smart has it in stock. WOW RACISM at a pet store a new all time low

Super friendly and helpful staff. We have bought a couple pets from locations around Edmonton. Employees are knowledgeable and seek to satisfy your pet needs. Our only request is that they bring out more bunnies!

I'm a senior on a tight leash financially. I shopped around, and for service and value, petland is the place to go.

Brought my 6 month old puppy in for a nail trim, the girl at front desk made me pay before the trim which i thought was kind of a red flag, then another lady made me hold him at the front of the store while he flailed around scratching us and after it all, his front nails were barely trimmed. I said he's usually used to the harness, she said we don't have one.like maybe invest in one? I'm sure they're not that expensive. Would NEVER go back.

We just added a new member to our family. Our Baby Tweety Bird. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind and courteous. Lots of free parking and handicap stalls.

This store frustrates me! I can get my items off the shelf and go pay.no problem. BUT the fish department isn't serve yourself! Several times I have waited around this area while staff stand by talking amongst eachother. I have just left AGAIN without the fish I can in for.

Honestly Walmart carries my dogs food brand now and substantially cheaper, so the free bag program here isn't even a perk anymore. Also there hasn't been a single time I've visited here and hadn't stood at the register wondering if anyone was actually working that day.

They have quite selection I really like their selections in their pricing and I got fish and they were very helpful congratulations thank you so much I'll be returning customer and I share this with the world.

Had a bad experience with the sales manager, when wanting to return an item (dog booties) She had a bad attitude and was rude and disrespectful during this interaction. I would never recommend this location to anyone

Very good place to take your animals they also do grooming for dogs I'm not sure about cats you might have to phone and find out Customer services off the grid It's awesome I got some stuff there for my fish and that dogs all we have and some cat toys and their selection is really good Customer service is awesome and I like to let him know keep up the good work and I recommend this to anyone.

I like their excellent pet service here! I'm glad my coworker told me about this place and I wasn't taking it into consideration at first since I already knew a lot of good pet shops here at Edmonton. However, she encouraged me to visit the place and even drove me here. Their staff were so kind and gentle to our pets.

I found the staff to not be very helpful and not overly friendly. I couldn't find what I was looking for and no one to ask so I went somewhere else.

We adopted 2 guinea pigs a week ago, and Kaitlyn was so helpful and informative, she helped us pick out a playpen and toys, and went over everything we needed to know about our girls we adopted ️ thank you so much Kaitlyn are guinea pigs Molly and Daphne are such a joy I'm happy with them?

I'm only rating this location a 4 out of 5 due to the lack of variety in their fish section. I went to this location with my 7 yr old niece looking to get some starter fish for my newly circulated tank. The selection of fish was quite disappointing. On the positive side the girl that helped us, answered all my questions and we ended up buying 3 dwarf blue lobsters! So, customer service 5 out of 5. Selection 4 out of 5

We went there to buy a new cat toilet for our cats and found a suitable one. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was playing with Melvin (the cat) in the playroom. He is so cute and I wish he would find a perfect family for adoption.

I love the people that work here very knowledgeable and friendly and have good customer service, a cashier went above and beyond and gave me a Petland business card with all the locations on it in Edmonton and told me people can call at anytime with questions about their animals

Great selection, though waited over 5 minutes with no staff at checkout. At 5: 30 pm! People want to go home from work!

Went in there today looking for a dog tag. Two staff on shift and they both ignored me and continued to help people who came in after me. So I walked out. Would not recommend the service here to ANYONE.

Worst pet food store for service. I bought 2 heavy items and when I asked while paying if someone was available to assist me carrying it out to my car I was told "we don't do that". I tried to find someone around the store for assistance before heading to the checkout and the only employee I saw was someone ducking back into the back room while on their cell phone. Not a good customer experience.

Nice store, has some different things which is nice but it's often difficult to find someone to cash you out when you're ready to leave.

Wonderful staff, I bought dog food from them yesterday, but was wrong kind. The manager agreed to take back. I believe that with them customers service always comes first

They have a wide selection of pet food for cats, dogs, gerbils, guinea pigs, birds fish and reptiles. Also an extensive assortment of pet toys and accessories including cages, carriers and pet beds and aquariums. They also have some birds, rabbits, kittens and fish in the store. If you are looking for a place to spoil and pamper your furry or other animal friends this is the place to go

Good selection of quality foods, small selection of animals, however seem to be decent quality. Sometimes have hard to find fish. Staff could be more knowledgeable

Sam from petland was absolutely amazing. So sweet and knowledgeable and treated me just like her friend. Customer service was perfect.

You can bring in your pets as long as the vaccines are up to date. And friendly you need them on leash.

Sam helped me out today and she was honestly so amazing, as soon as I walked in the door she was there to greet me and asked if I needed help. I did not but later on when I did I asked her and she was very knowledgeable. She was so so kind. I would honestly go back just to deal with her customer service again.

They let you pet and hold the rabbits as well as the other rodents. Alot of the animals are rescues. And they have an excellent selection of fish. Staff are helpful and informative

Went to this store a few days ago bc of a sick old dog with bad diarrhea. Manager helped me out with a paste to put in dog's food. Dog seems all better now.

I really like the product selection in this store, but the prices are higher than PetSmart. Love that they have cats for adoption from shelters, and have a snuggle room for interaction with them.

Always wonderful service, animals are kept clean and healthy, and I have a positive experience every time. This is not something that can be said for all big box pet stores in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great discounts, good variety of merchandise in all areas. We bought our budgies (and all we needed for them from here) and they are very healthy, the area they were kept was very clean. When you go make sure to check the ends of the aisles for great bargains too.
