New Store manager is very unprofessional. Puts employees in danger by blocking main doors and messing with company conversion ratings to make the store look better on paper.

Don't buy fish here, every tank has bladder snails which are a pest snail. They will not tell anyone this unless you directly ask what they are and they will lay eggs on other fish and snails.they also never take the dead fish out of the tanks. If you bring any of this up to them they will just tell you it is your problem. Too bad they can't take care of fish, a basic job of pet stores.

Today I went to petland with my mom, she wanted to get a budgie she had seen one she really liked, as we got there the store was dirty as the were still cleaning the animals enclosures which seems to be the norm for this store now a days as well as not wearing their uniforms but on to what happend, my mom was about to catch her budgie as the small animal manager Gina Morgan rudely told my mom to not chase them when that's not what she was doing so I told Gina how people are allowed to hold and pet the animals (I know I've worked there before) and she was just rude to me so I walked away as my mom did the adopting paperwork. When we get to the till we get rung through the cashier (no name tag tall bigger guy with arm tattoos and glasses) doesn't say hi or good morning no smiling he just looks like he would rather be anywhere else. Worst customer service ive seen in awhile the service was horrible if my mom didn't have a budgie already picked out we would've been out of there in a heart beat.

Every weekend I visit with my daughter to enjoy the service and selection of animals. The closest thing to a zoo we have in town.

Love the critters and the staff. I got what i needed and learned i few things for my hermit crabs, I was there when Sarah Denis was being a complete karen in the store. Heard her yelling and just sluring karen things. Even made a mess apparently with some dog food for the staff to clean up. Seems like an adult snowflake to me. I'd advise not to take her karen words keep you away from the store. I give 5 stars

Products are OK but the employees are all rude and unprofessional, they advocate for the abuse of betas and other animals by recommending tanks and cages WAY smaller than they should

I don’t know where everyone is coming from with saying the Staff are rude. I’ve never had a bad interaction there. People need to remember that retail workers are also people and deal with a lot of stuff that you as a customer do not. Give them the benefit of the doubt, they are doing the best that they can, like anyone else on the earth is doing!

From the small animals to the fish department, you can see the care and attention given to the pets! Especially since the hands have changed in both Store Management and the Fish department, I’ve seen so much good compared to my visits prior to the new team!

The staff are knowledge and have a strong ability to advocate for the animals, especially when people think they can do what they want to the lil creatures (hamsters, dwarf hamsters, guinea pigs etc)

Y’all who are bad mouthing, need to re-examine how YOU interact with the staff. You can’t be salty and expect others to be sweet!

Good quality kitty litter for a good price for refills. Our kittys also love the fish jerky from you guys:)

The girl working in the fish department, is a rude person with zero customers service skills.came in looking for a pet fish and she treated me like I was just trying to get a fish just to kill it and treated it like garbage. I will not be back and will be passing this along to others.
