I love taking my kids here for some snuggles with the animals. Just a nice place to go and see some pets. They have a awesome adoption program and a wonderful selection for all your pet needs.

There is literally no staff on the floor. I walked around for 10 minutes looking for someone to get me an aquarium plant and couldn’t find anyone so I left.

Knowledgeable on the pets they sell, which has been a relief compared to other pet stores, fish section had healthy fish and plants. Good selection prices are high but it is worth the price with the quality.

Just had one of the best buying experiences of all time! Silvanawas informed and walked me through everything I needed to know about getting my tank started! She was patient and knowledgeable. I will be back just because of her!

Always making you feel like your at fault for thier mistakes and don't really do great at customer service

We often come here for kitty litter refills. On our last trip we emptied the self-serve bin but weren't able to fill our container full, it was just over half full. When we went to the till I let the cashier know and all she said was "oh that's ok" and proceeded to charge us full price.

Bought a 50 count superworms and only counted about 30. Go to Petsmart, they have way better quality bugs that don't smell like death. Also find things extremely overpriced here.

Staff is always ready to help with any questions or concerns. They have alot of cats for adoption there as well as they're own small pets. I like going to this one as it's more variety and friendly staff then the Pet Valu across the street

We just got a hamster cage bit I wanted the Habitrail Trainer. They didn't have one, but the manager and staff went above and beyond. Even my wife was extremely impressed. Well done all. And thank you again.

It's good watch the prices with prices going up all over some of their stuff is good some is way overpriced. People are always nice and helpful

Large and much selection. Not enough staff to answer questions. Not much of a selection for small animals. You are not allowed to interact with them before picking the one you want.

STAFF IS HELPFUL BUT NEEDS MORE TRAINING. I bought a ferret she has been healthy and happy so far.when I was picking my ferret out, the staff told me she was 10 months old and had been there the longest.
Look at her paperwork and find out he's only 5 months old.
Also, they push you to buy ferret lax and another one there and I can't think of at the moment and it turns out the stuff is poison is do your research
Don't buy what they push also look into other diets of it's geared to ferrets it's likely bad for them

Was very disappointed in how they were sanitizing I said what to do with cart she said put it back we will sanitize after.but what about the next person that grabs a cart was it sanitized? And there hand sanitizer was empty. Not very covid friendly.

Long story short manager would not take back the hamsters the store sold to my daughters.l was told they were brothers and wouldn't become territorial. Wrong went back and got sucked in to buying 2 more cages to separate the hamsters to find out who was the aggressor.l ended up tr ing to return the hamsters. The manager said he wouldn't take them back unless l return each hamster with a cage.l walked away and advertised on kijiji hamster with cage free to loving home. The 3 cages and 3 hamsters were gone in less then 4 days.

Great staff, very friendly, the only reason this isn't 5 stars is I had a bit of a wait getting pinkies for my cute lil snake

When my girlfriend and I rescued a snake the staff were extremely helpful in getting it nursed back to health and when they didn't know the answers to difficult questions we had they did everything they could to point us in the right direction to get the answers we were needing

Really great place to shop for almost any pet! The staff is super nice and always ready to help. Lots of choices (, brands), and lots of selections (flavors) speciality foods for allergies and the picky eaters.
This place has almost everything for feathered to furries and slick snake scales to slippery fish tails)

Very knowledgeable for what I was looking for when it came to starting my fish aquarium. Will be going back to buy more fish

This store sold me a dwarf bunny that turned out to be a giant rodent of death. He is the second cousin twice removed from that head hunting rabbit from monty pythons Holy grail movie. Where is my Holy Hand grenade of antioch? Otherwise great selection.
