They took back a barker controll collar no problem! My dog recently died and I had no yse for the collar.

Excellent, knowledgeable and super friendly staff! The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because it's expensive in there. We should maybe get a certain percentage off for buying so much! Lol Great job staff at Perland!

Staff is too busy putting stock away to help customers, even when asked. I won't be back and recommend that you look at other options in the area as well.

My go to for pet food. Staff are always professional and courteous. It’s a smallish size store but I believe they carry most of what pet lovers need.

I would of got a ferret if it wasn't from marshall's because they just bread over and over until they die it's so sad.

Clean store friendly staff. Unfortunately, I was not able to find what I was looking for. 90% of the bones were not stocked or maybe out of stock. However, with taking in the trucker protest and shipping delays that's probably why.

The people here are always really friendly and its a great place to bring my cats while I'm out an about the people there usually love when I bring my babies in. I need more places that I can bring my kitties with me, they help me a lot with my anxiety so when I can bring them in places with me it makes me happy.

Really great staff! On not so busy days, you might get lucky, and have someone help you pet some of the animals. Everyone is knowledgeable, easy to approach, and super helpful! Furthermore, They have a great selection of animals.

Great customer service and helpful employees! Melvin the grey cat is adorable and so friendly and you can visit and play with him (unless he gets adopted) in the play room. Great deals and selection and prices as well. Go support them

They were all very helpful with me picking a new brand of wet cat food! The manager was super great she was extremely positive and helpful! I had a great experience.

I went today to exchange some food for my dog as she is very picky and barely eats her food. I have gone to many pet stores to buy food for her and this is the first time I felt truly helped and with a great customer service experience. I want to thank Johnshon from this store for taking his time to explain to me about different brands and the differences between them. He showed me new brands options and the best benefits of them. Also told me different ways to try to change food for my dog to don't upset her stomach. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and caring about my situation with my fussy eater Yorkie. Johnshon also gave me other options in case she had some digestive issues as I have been changing very often her food. He went above and beyond to help me and to advised me based on his knowledge. In previous occasions, not in this store but in all the stores I have visited since I got my pet it is hard to get someone to help u and genuanly explain u different options for u to try. Sometimes I feel I get helped in a rushed way, but this time I felt that he cared about my pet wellbeing. I am very impressed with his customer service skills as his young age. He is caring, friendly, goes above and beyond for the client and he surely made me leave the store with an smile and the best impression of his job, attitude and knowledge. I see him pretty soon to have a management position as all those skills are the core of great service to attract returning clients. Hope the manager sees this review and gives him a raise. From all employees I have treated at petland and petsmart this one is the best by far. Thank u again Johnshon and keep up the good job!

I bought a ferret hear and they told me he was three months old witch was a lie he was about ten weeks old and was very skinny and under feed I wouldn't buy from hear ever again

Workers were really friendly and greeted me right when I walked in. They were helpful and provided good insight!

Do not go to this location! Never had such poor customer service as I did today! Been going here for years and it was buy 9 bags of dog food get one free and the last time I was there I bought my 9th bag and the cashier asked if I'd like my free bag and I said no I'd grab it the next time. So today I went to redeem my free bag they said now it's 12 bags? I asked for the manager and he proceeds to tell me that I'd have to buy 4 more bags (so the dog food can sit and go stale) ? I said 4? 9+4 is 13 right? He says that 1 bag gets deleted after a year. Pure unacceptable especially after calling up all my purchases over the last year.

There's not much in the store! Animals, supplies etc. Don't waste your time here.not enough selection nor competitive prices at all.pricey af! It's a miracle they're still in business.been here 3 times in last month & hardly any customers.go check it out if you must, you'll see what I mean

The manager in the fish department was incredibly rude. My daughter and I bought some fish with their 30 day guarantee. Not only did they sell us fish that were wrong for the size of fish tank, but when the fish died, they were very rude about replacing them. Told us less fish needed to be added over a longer period and would not replace them. When we went back for the remainder, they would not live up to their guarantee. Very disappointing experience! Won’t go there again!

Nice customer service. The staff booked an appointment to cut my parrots nails the next weekend. Very quick appointment times. Also, very good variety of items. I am very confident I can get every item for my parrot here.

The layout makes it very easy to social distance. Employees are friendly and helpful! They had free samples of kibble when I went and the employee was knowledgeable about the ingredients and brand.

Don't by here. We went to by gerbils here. The manager brad was friendly but also to busy to help so he got this lady and a teen kid to help us. Basic rule - don't ever pick up a gerbil by its tail or like a hawk. They find it predatory - which is exactly what these two did. I was extremely shocked and angry about this. There knowledge of pets is an abysmal. Please go to another reliable store like pet smart or Picses Pet Emporium.

Good variety of fish some prices I find way to high and the plants I found the prices extremely high like 13 dollars fir one plant amd I can get the same plant at petsmart for 5 dollars so. The staff were totally friendly amd sweet. And I will be back.

Good place to go for dog food (they have the dog food that no one else has). They have bulk treats as well if you don't want the bagged ones. Always get bone marrow for my boy and he loves them. The toys can sometimes be pretty pricey.

They didn't have the specific cat food we were looking for but everyone that helped us was super friendly and helpful.

I go there to buy my pets food and the girl at the counter was very helpfull and knowledgeable. A bit pricy then other store chains, but way better quality.

Was good. Plenty of pets including cats hemster, rabbits, birds and some really pretty fishes availble. Besides other stuffs for pets are available too.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my first ever Aquarium. Kira and Crystal helped out with everything. They answered all my questions and guided me to what would would be best for my fishes.

I go here at least once or twice a month for one reason. To love some animals. The staff are patient and very welcoming. They're very attentive too. Go there for supplies, because I'll be damned if they don't have everything you need.

The place was awesome because of all the pets and of how well the white cockatiel is trained to go on your hand there's ferrets, hamsters, Ginny pig huge big and small even mouses, cats, big parrot, finches fish in another room a rabbit etc.

This Petland is a great one to go to. The staff is always very helpful and up to date on the products they carry in the store. This Petland is also an adoption center. I went in to get dog food for my senior dog and I was very happy with how knowledgeable the staff was when helping me choose the best food for my dog.

Pretty good. Lot's of critters you can pet, including a private playroom you can bring a cat into. Friendly staff.

Lots of options but you can tell they dont count the crickets in the containers and the staff dont care when you point it out. I dont ever buy my supplies here for that reason and deal with breeders now. Be careful

They stopped carrying my dogs pet food also they are at least a dollar more expensive than anywhere else

Very nice employees. But return policy is unfair. We bought a Holland loop baby bunny a couple months ago. We wanted to return it because our house had a pest problem. We went to petland and asked for a refund. The said we can return it but we won't get our money. But it is still a very nice place!

I spent 10 minutes in the store and wasn't even acknowledged. Staff walked past me, and when I raised my head to ask a question, I was purposefully ignored. I forget what I was looking for, but I will not return to this location. I will also share my experience with others, by word of mouth.

Small new store. Clean. Friendly service. Not as many supplies as some of the larger stores but great for quick shopping visits.

Went to get my dog groomed. I asked for all her hair to be 1/4" long. Dont do the ears or the tail and her face to be trimmed right down. Her nails were to be done and anal glands checked. The hair from Inside her ears needed to be removed as well. Her face was trimmed but not right down. There were large patches of hair not even touched. Her nails were not done at all and the rest of her cut was completely uneven. I wont ever go back. There was no pride in the work done and my dog looked like she stepped into a lawn mower rather than go to a groomer.

They have lots of choices in dog food and supplies. Had a new name tag made for my new dog. Service is great.

It’s a nice pet store. Staffs are friendly and courteous here. We were there for a very brief period and it was all positive. We loved a parrot there. It was big and very cute. They have lots of collections for cats and dogs. I would recommend this place.

I loveed this place, everyone was lovely with us. They were so helpful and nice. I really liked the store and the stuff. Definitely coming back soon
