They are very friendly and they are quick. The store has everything you would expect and more from a gas station.

This place always seems to get my smoke order wrong. The gas prices are as high as the full serve prices in Peace River. However their slushy selection is great and you can put soft serve ice cream in them.

Terrible customer service. Clerk sold a defective gcore vape and when brought issue up that he sold a broken unit he laughed and acted like it wasn’t his problem.

Would be zero. Ignorant staff. Pump interact not working gave them cash filled went in to collect remaining cash male fake swiped Petro points. I asked if they went though female says it has to be before and I said you should have asked me for it. Female starts arguing saying I walked away to fast but I had to ask her if I come back for extra cash she had opportunity. Never before had bad service at Petro.

Super frustrated last time I went in. PETROCANADA has their points card where you get points for every $$$ purchased to redeem for gas, or car wash or other items in store. I have the card hooked up to bank card to get even better savings! My points are well over 40 000 and decided instead of using my card for an under $5 purchase I would use points. This is second time ever tried to use points and it didn't work, the girl said they were updating app blah, blah, blah I mentioned that wasnthe same excuse the first time I tried. I mentioned I was from B. C.and she replied oh well that's why it won't work! You have to use in your province! What a load, I can't believe that a CANADIAN owned company that will let me BUY gas anywhere and earn the points won't let me redeem them anywhere.big BOO to PETRO CANADA
