I just went to this gas station tonight around 1 am and saw the sticky note on the door they said in a note like store was closed and washroom was closed without any reason. They also mentioned in a note like only pumps are available if you wanna pay at pump only and this is the 24 hour gas station. I also went there yesterday and they mentioned is a same thing This is no way to run a business. Very disgusting place.

I don't understand they do Business all night but washroom open until 9pm.night shift employe：that's from my manager authority-visited july 6 10pm goodjob man keep people away from ur store

I called at 1: 09 to ask if they were open.someone answered after like 15 rings and said yes.got ready walked over in the cold.i got there 1: 11.to find the door locked.i called again 5 times standing outside in the cold after the 5th time called on my way home to tell you what trash your employ was and the phone was taken busy all night.losing customers for your company. HORRIABLE customer service.

Really unfriendly staff. Lady seemed annoyed that I wanted lottery. No greeting, nothing really except she didn't know if she had change.

I have a service dog they wouldn't let me in and the disabled ramp area was full of snow the need to learn thr difference between a pet and a service dog and the shouldn't treat a disabled person like that

It's where you go for gas. I suppose it is convenient that it's downtown, especially in an area where there are no other gas stations

Walk-in Customers are priority. Helping someone outside is good too. But you should never say "Pay at Pump" rudely. Really hate the excuses the way he said. Remember- Pumps dont take Cash.

I drive my pos rust bucket here for gas the odd time. Its aight. Convenient. Ive never gone inside and nor will i. I seen the worker eyeball me through the glass a lot and he scares me. He says i took some change from his car one day. And his sunglasses to i think. I dont think i did. Eiether way i'll pay at the pump and move along when i come here.

Not sure of the name, but the staff working at the time of writing was a true pleasure. Welcoming, fast, helpful and funny. Excellent location.

After a minute or so of refueling I realized the gas nozzle was leaking and it had spilled down my coat, pants and boots and was joining the large puddle already on the ground. I went inside - the young man said it does that because of the weather, but that he would shut off the pump. I asked for the manager's name and number which I got. I texted the manager and was offered excuses and an insincere apology.

Chintan deserves a promotion, he promotes customer service at all expenses I appreciate this man so much thank you so much

Prices remain high. $1.15 while the rest of Edmonton is $105.9. Morning shift Chinese worker is rude, refuses to refill the reciept in the gas pump. Stay away!
