When I went in a guy was already standing at the front waiting for someone. He was probably standing there for a few minutes until I went up to pay. The girl watching the front was eating, I am suee she saw and heard us cause she keeps glancing at us. Two more customers lined up after a minute she went up. Extremely disappointing service. I don't blame her entirely as she was alone, maybe owners/management can make sure there is a mid shift so their team can have their break properly. Also the bathroom was dirty again not blaming the girl entirely as she was alone.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady that works evening/night shift by the name of Qjjrqe (as it says on the receipt) was the rudest least helpfull cashier I have ever met in the last 5 years visiting this store. She refuses to wear a name tag because she knows that people will complain about her. Her attitude and lack of respect is discussing. They refuse to tell me the managers name aswell. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Would rate lower If I could. DO BETTER!
March 6th/2021 at 4: 55pm I experienced incredibly bad customer service. One of the pumps stopped working while my card was in it and the lady working the till was very rude to me and seemed completely uninterested in fixing the issue. So I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Yesterday i went at Petro Canada and had the pleasure to be served by a wonderfully pleasant cashier named sandeep. She was very friendly. Her attitude towards customers really made my day.
Went this gas station at 11.38pm on September/5 /2020, after filling gas in my vehicle i want to the store to get gas receipt & for petro points but the door was locked and there is a guy standing in side the store telling me to “come tomorrow I’ll give you” just for receipt & points I gotta wait for 1 day common guys.
Went to purchase a charging cable. Item came up at $2.00 more than the marked price. Cashier came over and looked. Saw that there were 3 different charging cables, all same brand for the same price and still REFUSED to honor the price it was marked at. So I left it. Great customer service.
Shutdown your lotto machine completely if you don't want to check the lotto ticket of the customer like shoppers do.you confuse the customer, your store selling but not allowed to check or paying the winning ticket.
Pointless to visit the place after dark. They lock the door and don't let anybody in. Why have an employee there then. Your wasting money as an owner this way.
