Petro-Canada & Car Wash

There is zero customer service here. I Bought a car wash pass then the app failed when I tried to open it on site. So I logged into the website and showed her proof of my card off my petro account (with the number and photo of card) they wouldn’t honour the carwash. Had to reverse out of the carwash. Very unhelpful. The lady refused to help. I’ll buy my pass in elsewhere and then use their carwash as much as possible. I’ll also never fill up with gas.hopefully that affects the bottom line. But I will never fill up here again. So rude

Half the pumps don't work. Buttons are worn out on at least one pump that does. This place needs some serious maintenance.

This car wash damaged my truck. Chipped the paint in several areas and scratch my expensive rims. Worse car wash in the city dont use it.

#1 pump is broken. Locked my card into the machine. After fighting with it for a couple minutes it let go of my card. Went in to inform staff and prepay. I was told machine is working and to try again. I went to fill my vehicle. As it was filling it made the click noise that the fuel has stopped flowing, all while it was still filling my vehicle with fuel and caused fuel to spill everywhere all over my truck. Machine is faulty and Petro is less then helpful

Stopped here to fill with diesel, whilst here used the washrooms which were very clean just like the rest of the store

Often pumps are broken or receipts don’t print from pump causing annoyance. But they have a soft cloth carwash for those dirty vehicle days and I often come here just for that.

Clean facility but watch the pump prices. They bump the pump prices up in the evenings, so you will pay more at night and then drop down to the equivalent at other stations in the area.take the 2 min drive and fill up elsewhere in the evenings.

Carwash is frequently CLOSED - Varsity is always open - Country Hills is always open! They always blame the weather, but the other two are always open? Pretty sure, it's the same whether!

This team is horrible - last night (Divesh - attendant) I went through the car wash - when I went to the gate I realized that my voucher had already been used. I politely asked the attendant to allow me through and I would pay as soon as I was through the car wash.instead he told me that I needed to drive my $75,000 car through without a wash or leave my car in queue and come inside to pay!

Instead he aggravated about four other customers in order to get me to come inside and pay for a $10 carwash - to ensure I didn't steal a $10 carwash. Really.then when I did go inside he was rude and demeaning.
