Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Each time I go there they say that carwash is not working today, go and come back tomorrow. They are practically wasting my season pass.

First of all, you can book appointment times, which is awesome! I did the luxury clean and added carpet shampooing and my car looks great! I assumed they would vacuum the truck but rightfully so they only will if asked since you might not want them in there, but will happily do it if you do ask. Great service, friendly staff…won’t go anywhere else.

I will never wash my car there nor fuel up, their car wash damaged my rim. I notified them right away about the damages sustained. In less than 24 hours, today I received a letter from the store Manager stating this: We wish to inform you that the damage was not consistent with the car wash operation. Hence, we firmly believe that the damage was not caused by our car wash.
Further, please note that we have washed hundreds of vehicles after you have reported this incident and no other complaint, with similar or any other damage, has been received.

Hence, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to take any further action in this regard.

They are scammers and don’t take responsibility. I highly would not recommend anyone to get service from this store.

Car wash often not very clean.

This auto carwash is definitely not worth the 2 starts I gave it. Most of the times I visit late at night the entrance has been blocked by the employees (so techno it's not closed, but you can't get in either!), and even when it's actually open, it's not the best quality (even average) you can get with the price point.

I was at this location today to use the washroom. But they haven’t allowed me to use it, one of the worker said its out of service, but i saw people using it. This is ridiculous how come they can say that. Please let your staff know that its public washroom, so that anyone can use it.

The literal only reason to go here is the cloth car wash, one of the few remaining in the city. Staffed by minimum wage people who literally don't care about their job, or you. So if you find yourself driving to get a car wash here, and the outside sign says "CAR WASH OPEN" but you go inside and they say "Car Wash Closed", because.reasons. Well. RIP. Just don't say I didn't warn you.

The doods who work here are awesome. It's called being personable and everyone try it. Give the guy a smile make a lil joke and the biasness transaction is great it's all about the mindset be humble and love.oh and the place is good to, gas and convenient and snakks yay:)

Hours are inaccurate.always has been, but i adapted to knowing it closed around 2 am.ive been going here on and off for years for late night study snacks and suddenly there is a new rude employee, and it closes at 12 despite saying its 24 hrs.i think im bored of here now

decided to give it another try once again tonight since its midterms and i am still hungry.this time the employee was very nice and the door wasn’t locked but i walked up to the register just to be informed (apologetically to his credit) that he was closing his till.offered to ring it up anyways but im kind of just fed up at this point so i went home.i showed up two hours earlier than the day before but it still proved difficult.im still adding a star however because the employee this time was nice, but im tired of wasting time walking to this store just for the hours to be different all the time, i dont think i will be going back very often anymore

We didn't choose that car wash but it charged. I talked to store staff, and he just said they can't do anything for me. Because it is machine problem. But that machine is yours and you guys have a responsibility.

They provide gasoline Ultra 94. They also have car wash. If have RBC bank credit or debit card, then you can link it to petro points card which will give you a 3 cent discount per liter. They also provide wiper and some wiping napkins and cleaning liquid, so you can do fast wipe for the windows. It is self service though.

Lady at the counter tried to sell me on 4 different things when all I wanted was a car wash. When I politely declined she gave me attitude and a demeaning stare

While the price is competitive my biggest issue is that the gas pumps don't allow for you to use the clip to pump. By clip I mean you would be able to go sit in your vehicle during the winter days as opposed to standing up out in the elements to pump the gas. I try my best never to use gas stations like these event if it is cheaper. Better pump nozzle please.

No extension lines on the pumps for filling up on the opposite side of your car or truck. So make sure you pull in tank side to the pump.

Worst customer service. I pre-paid outside at the pump and when I was about to start pumping my gas, the machine started to beep and asked me to go inside to see the cashier for assistance. When I went in to ask for help, the girl at the cash said, "You pre-paid the machine outside, you did not pay me. So it is your problem", and I did not understand. I was not sure if my transaction went through or why the machine was not allowing me to pump any gas, but in an effort to find help, all she did was repeat that it was my problem and not hers.
