Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I was struggling with online car wash app which was not working for a few weeks. It causes a lot of grief and I started hating petrocanada. But when I came today, attendant Jashan preet was very polite and professional and activated my car wash even when the app is still not working. So 5 star only because of Jashan preet handling the situation very well.

After the current cyber breach, petro gas stations are a mess with nothing working. If you paid for a season pass - no use, you gotta pay to wash card as the app access doesn’t work. Vacuum scanner not working with season pass OR the wash ticket you buy - pay for it.

Federico, possibly the most un helpful and miserable person I have ever been served by. Infact borderline rude.

My close relative went for a car wash at this location. Her truck got scratches/dented from the car wash equipment during the wash. However the owner of this location refused to accept our claim that it was due to their equipment. We asked them to share the video and any proof. They did not respond to our follow up. Very bad management and not sure how they are running this business. Avoid this location for car wash at any cost or you should know the cost if your car get scratches or damaged.

Car wash at this location is a nightmare. I suggest you go somewhere else otherwise you would just keep frustrating yourself.in addition, one of the vacuum never works and they dont see the need to fix it. All customers should queue up for just one which is placed at the turn into the carwash. Worst place to do anything car wash.

Serves fuel which is the main objective of a petrol station I suppose. Customer toilet was so dirty I had to hover.

Has 94 octane but regardless of grade, slowest pumps I have ever used.
