Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I love them! They have great customer service and they are nice to me and others when we go in there!

March 2,2021 around 2 pm. Watched the girl behind the till take her mask off, hand it to another employee taking over the till and then proceeded to make coffee. No face covering and no gloves, didn't even wash her hands before she started rinsing out the old pot. Maybe don't get anything to eat or drink from here.

I normally bring both of my vehicles here for fuel but I will no longer be doing that. The cashier was extremely ignorant and sassy with me when I told her they should probably have it posted clearly that they charge you MORE for a car wash if you don’t purchase fuel at the same time. I wasn’t even mad about it until she made her comment. There was no reason for her ignorance. I’ll definitely be going ANYWHERE other than this place for fuel and a wash from now on.

Very poor and uneducated staff.this morning around 04: 30 am am going for car wash and buy cigarette pack the staff he is from FIJI island.asking do you have house.and I was surprised he keep asking about my family.and my personal life.am a uniform tectical security officer.this is going to be criminal offence.and I am going to be compliant with Petro Canada head office.and RCMP. And All of sudden my ATM card also not working in their old machine. The morning staff make me uncomfortable. I will advise everyone be careful with staff's

I always go here for gas & extras. Well tonight the guy working snapped on me because I was confused about a certain product. He didn't even tell me my total just pointed to the debit machine and told me to tap (which is doesn't). I appologized profusely however this should never happen! You should NEVER snap at a customer for any reason!

Some good options but terrible customer service. I bought a $50 gift card for someone and the back was missing 3 digits. I took it to customer service on the back of the card and they say to bring it back to the place we bought it which was this petro-canada, and they absolutely refused to refund it after I had spent over 500 dollars here and had been going for a year. Never doing Buisness there again.

Do not use the car wash, it leaves half the dirt on your vehicle and puts an added bonus of oil spots on there.

Guy in the glasses at 1: 45 am on march 30th said the rudest thing to my friend.never coming here again.

I collect petro points at this location and have redeemed free car washes. However, their gas pumps doesn't have trigger locks which can be annoying when is too cold outside.

It is march 30th at 2: 15am.the guy that works there with glasses came up to me while i was waiting for the washroom and said, “what’s wrong with your face? ” i started feeling embarrassed and was covering my face and i said “what? ” and he said “stop doing drugs”. And i said “i don’t do drugs” and walked away.i have struggled with acne my whole life and for some random to say that to me ruined my night.i hope he gets fired.no one deserves to be told that.i won’t be coming back to this petro as the staff is clearly very immature and very unprofessional.hope the boss learns how to hire people, no one deserves to be treated like this, especially at a gas station.

The employees that work there are completely out of line & ignorant to customers. Guy that worked night shift with glasses should be fired.
