So many times closed carwash even early evening. No reason to closed. Staff looks so lazy.

I personally think the car wash works just fine and also the staff are always so friendly. I enjoy coming here a lot!

Worst car wash ever. You go through super fast, it misses areas. My husband was there last week and on the right side of his tailgate was a two foot strip that wasn’t washed at all! Absolutely doesn’t remove bugs. You are wasting your money using this car wash. I’ve tried several times when I’m in a hurry and it’s just getting worse over time.
You can tell that only 3/4 of your vehicle is actually getting soap.

Always broken. Pathetic service. Do call them before going for car wash as it's mostl likely broken.

The two women that work full time at the front, have got to be the most disrespectful, unkind and unprofessional people I've ever met in my life. Worst costumer service and disregard for the people who come and go. Please get new staff.

The worst gas station in Calgary and the rudest staff I have ever dealt with in the entire country in the past decade. The car wash at this gas station is a waste of money and time. It sprays your car with soap, water, polish all at once and car does not get cleaned at all. Your $15 down the drain in 30 seconds. When you go to show the dirty vehicle coming out of their car wash to the staff to request a rewash, they very inconsideratly argue with you and say the car wash does not guarantee that it will wash and clean the car. They tell you to go and complain to manager if you want when he is here but they can not help you. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Do NOT suggest this car wash. I’ve been twice now and it’s no better then using your garden hose at home. I don’t think they have soap in the system.

Car wash is mediocre for the price. $13.00 and the car isn't clean after. I can pay $7 at the spray-it-myself and it's actually clean. Good option is you want a quick rinse, but it's over-priced for what you get.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Have been here a few times and their customer service has been okay at most. A couple of times they couldn’t understand what I was saying when I asked them if they had pliers (had to open the hood of my car but the hood release latch broke) and not one single staff member understand or knew what pliers are or the word “tools” and were quite rude about it.

Today went in and it looked like the guy there was in training. I made some purchases and after I scanned my items I said I would like to redeem my points. In a huffy tone, the guy then said condescendingly that I have to re-scan everything because things have to be done in a certain order. Because I don’t work there and don’t know how their systems work, I didn’t know that. I’ve made mistakes before when paying for something at different businesses (ex. Giving my rewards card at the end when it was supposed to be given at the start of the purchase) however I was often times politely informed by staff, so I was quite unimpressed that I was made to feel that I was creating a huge inconvenience for him for not knowing. A couple of times he rudely lectured me for inconveniencing him when I didn’t do things in the order they wanted but I didn’t know since I don’t work there.

Then their POS kept cancelling my purchase. By the third time of this happening, he rudely told me to wait until it prompts me to put in my bank card which I did every time and told him that but he continued to be rude. All the while the woman training him didn’t react nor say anything about his rude behaviour. After about the third or fourth time of trying my bank card I got so fed up with being treated rudely and their system crashing, and the guy blaming me, I told them to forget about it, then the lady informed me that they already redeemed my points and they can’t reverse it. So i turned back around and used my Apple Pay where it went through. I told her that her staff member is very rude and she should train him to be less rude, all she said was have a nice day.

To be honest, not surprised considering everyone who works there are rude, as this is the standard they set for their employees.

This location has got to have the worst car wash I've ever been to. It is more likely to be closed than open. Don't waste your time, spend it driving to a different car wash instead. So disappointing

Guy with turban isn't very friendly at all. If you work in customer service you need to at the minimum be polite. Good service will usually be what brings me back.

The car wash seems to be down a lot, and the employees always seem to be pretty rude and snappy. I frequent this location only due to it's convenience as I work nearby.

Premium gas is. 24 cents more than regular. Go down a block and premium is. 15 more than regular at mobile gas. Don't by my gas here anymore or my lottery tickets because if this.

I forgot a Poker lottery ticket at this location at least 4 days ago. The staff set it aside for me, remembered me and gave me the ticket. Most people think that's their obligation, and maybe it is, but even still, not everyone would do that. I enjoy the service at this location.

The worst one in car wash service. It shut down for maintenance late Nov.and station promised to re open Dec 06, but until today Dec 13, it's still not opened yet.the worse thing is that the station says "open tomorrow " whenever checking in.it is forever tomorrow! Looks they are lie everyday.

I like their car wash station. Gas price here is usually higher as compared to Superstore a few blocks away.
