Petro-Canada Gas Station & Petro-Pass Truck Stop

Everytime I try getting commercial fuel the pumps always cut out half way through fueling never leave with full tanks but the whole Petro pass network is a fat joke!

We drive truck cross country and shower is one of our daily needs never stoped at this location before for anything but today decided to stop and thought about make it our regular stop as it has fuel, food and more BUT they told us they they gonna charge us for two showers even if we need to use only one never heard this before this is very bad for couples and i will never recommend this truck-stop to anyone also cashiers talk to each other in some different language that no one else understands that is very rude when you are talking about customers

The Petro Canada fuel station for truck drivers is not satisfactory. The shower facilities are unclean and the attendants are rude.

Dont buy anything from a&w worst service and there was plastic in my onion rings i went in to show them not even single sorry they looked me like i put plastic inside onion ring it was so gross i pick up breakfast and dinner never again im so grossed out i dont like a&w anymore never again

Bad news that the sole air compressor did not work well, and only decreased my tire pressure even more.

Good news. Local employee Levin got his personal 12v unit from his own car and lent it to me. Good on you Levin!

Just a heads up that the truck fueling and parking section of this Petro is closed. I wanted to fuel there yesterday but didn't have a clear way of knowing that as of 11/26/2022 you can't.

The problem with petro pass is they aren't reliable. You never know if a particular location is going to be "temporarily closed" or if they're just out of fuel. Hope you have enough fuel going west or else you might be turning around to head back into calgary to fuel up.

This is absolutely the most disgusting so called service station I have ever been in. The washrooms are filty and hand dryers and urnals are out of order and have been for months. No lock on toilet cubicle door. You can tell this place is a gold mine (extremely busy) and the owners are only putting the money in there pants and nothing for the patrons. Not sure why this place is not closed down for health reasons alone. PETROCAN SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE A FACILITY RUN LIKE THIS

If you’re an EV owner, it is better to assume these charging stations don’t exist, as they do not work.

I was soo tired while my driving and i want to use washroom. I showed them BVD card to there workers and they did not allowed me to use it. They told me to fill up fuel first then use the restroom. And they are soo rude to me. I told them that after washroom i will fill up fuel for sure but their afternoon staff not allowed me to use it. I was driving from last 10hours and i was in rush to use washroom but they dont allowed me to use it…

I love stopping here but the need to flatten it and start over! It’s too small and always a zoo

A very busy station on weekends so make sure to fuel up before leaving the city to help with how congested this location gets.

Friendly staff. Quite place to stay overnight. Enough parking for semi truck and trailers. Overall good experience.

Entrance and exit to this gas station is a big mess and they barely fix it. They need go fundme

Beware of theft! My wife's catalytic converter was cut out of her Honda CR-V While parked nearby at the meet-up parking space along Township Rd. 245.

The staff are rude everything is over priced place is a joke its dirty fuel price is jacked avoid if possible

Store is ok. The cardlock pumps are terrible. Barely ever do all of the pumps work. They don't put signs up so you have to guess which one works. Truckers rely on this one for their fill up before heading into BC. Come on petro time for a well deserved renovation. Give the employees a break from im sure alot of not happy drivers.

Worst parking lot ever. It is more pot hole than road. With how much money they make being the main stop between Calgary and Banff you think they could pave it every 10 years.

Card lock is poorly taken care of so many times I've come for fuel and pumps are down or only 1 is working and printers sometimes work but most times not.
