Petro-Pass Truck Stop

Very small parking lot and people inside don't watch the cat scale so you sit there waiting for a green light that never comes. I had to call them and tell them I was sitting in front of the scale before they gave me a green light

I was disappointed watching staff park beside the air pump with no regard to the public that may need to use it.

The pumps were slowed way down! Took way too long to fill up with bulk diesel! Might take other options in my future!

It was OK but usual BS TRUCK STOP drivers parked everywhere and anywhere they I bet almost 1/2 where local drivers

One of the best one in Canada. Lots of parking. Choice of food. Fast food or restaurant. The cleanest showers.

Great people running it. To bad drivers can't clean after themselves in showers. Have mop right there. Thanks again.

Reviewing petro pass commercial pumps specifically. Pumps for the big trucks pretty much always all functional. Card lock machines working well, and plenty of paper in them, never have seen one run out. Lots of clean washer fluid in the squeegee pails, the place is well looked after in my opinion.

Open 24 hours which is fantastic, attendants inside are friendly, even the overnight staff.

Food Products in the store are priced a big high but I'll pay it for the cleanliness of the facility. In stark contrast to the Road King across the street which is kinda scary overnight, and marginally maintained.

Really good service clean bathrooms and gas prices matching other gas stations in the area. The staff was really nice to me I got aCoffee from the Tim Hortons located inside the Petro Canada the lady was very nice and friendly offered me the rewards card which I have never had offered to me before didn’t even know they had it.

The restaurant closes at 3. The snack bar closes at 3. Reminds me of a fuel stop and a shower room. Not impressed.

The staff us very friendly the store is clean and well stocked. It is attached to the Petro Pass Truck stop and a car/rv/truck wash/oil change/lube establishment is convieniently located in the same square all this lends to its useability of this store. I should mention the clean accessible hot showers, immaculate restrooms and brunch type eatery. Consider this stop as a Canadian Calgary favourite to fuel up relax clean up & recharge. You wont be dissappointed. I am an independent reviewer & in no way have been influenced to write this review accept by actually being impressed. Thanks keep up the work see you again.

I get most of my gas at the station the staff is very courteous always laughing. There sure to put a smile on your face and you don’t find a lot of places like that anymore.

First off, wow what an array of products.
But that is not enough to make me want to ever go back there again.
The person on staff at this time because of ethnic origin, with no help said no to every request.like I was some common criminal he would stare at me from every aisle what does this say?
I'm not impressed not worth my money but you should still go good luck.
The guy was very rude.somebody ought to talk to him and show him how to talk to others.absolutely no customer service skills and was on his phone to boot.

There's a reason most things in the store done have price tags, they're about twice as expensive as 7-Eleven

Showers took forever to heat up and was hard to regulate the temp. Also, dust so caked on the vents they looks like living animals. Not that clean would only have a shower her if it was free.

Gross moldy orange right at the front counter, guy behind the counter was slouching and irritated when I showed him the disgusting fruit and was rude. Only came here because I needed to fill my uhaul. Would never go back or recommend this location

Got sick here from drinking shower water (bowel parasite) shower water is NOT POTABLE - yet no sign?

Nice and clean truckstop. Washrooms and Showers are always clean. Newly placed diesel dispensing machines. Great staff.
