Dirtiest place ever I seen. This is the shower they open for drivers all other showers closed

Worst customer service and dirtiest shower I have ever seen. They clearly told me they don't clean after shower being used and expect customers to clean after they use.never heard this thing before. And girl at front is mentally not stable argue and lies like she do with her parents.

To bad I can't give zero stars. An it's really sad that the owners of this place don't read reviews or maybe they can't read. The issues that others have outlined are all my same issues as well. I've stopped in here several times and their has been allot of times that trucks have been in the same spot not moved for over 4 days.the showers are completely gross, petro canada should take a page out of flying J book. They have a top notch truck stop. This place at best is a 3 ring circus. Absolutely disgusting

2nd time I arrived to find the pumps not working and no employee on site. I will never fuel here again

Great place, well maintained truck stop.very organized and clean. I like to come here to see my customers for detailing.

I used to enjoy the convenience of this location for my refuelling. There was always one pump open, or the waits in line were short. Over the passed month or two, the convenience has turned into a headache. I have noticed that the pump maintenance is declining, and general disrepair of fuel islands is increasing weekly. Only 3 of 7 diesel pumps work currently, and DEF pumps work intermittently. There is no effort to mark off out of service pump lanes, and the station does not seem keen on fixing the issues anytime soon.it is a guessing game now which pump to try and use. Time is money. Don’t lose yours by putting up with unnecessary headaches here.

Worst petrol pass in Western Canada. Half the pumps don't work half the time, satellite pumps are intermittent at best, DEF pumps Are only on 3 of the islands 1/2 the time they don't work either. Islands are filthy and is healthy and management in maintenance came walking around doing a whole bunch of nothing doesn't help at all

Petro Canada should be ashamed to have their brand hanging on this card lock

Please clean up the showers, you guys ask for the fuel receipt, we provide that, but still we didn’t get clean showers.do care about that

Why do people complain time and time again. If after your first expérience wasnt to your liking go elsewhere. Simple as that.

Service is good here I do however have one very big issue with the store and that is that they do not sell epods refills for their e-cigs. Which is very strange because they sell the devices and I asked when they were going to be ordering some and they said they are not going to be ordering any. For that reason I will not be returning back to this location again because I think it's shady that they're selling e-cig devices and not the epods.especially at this current time when there is a promotion going on for some of the major brands making epods. The only way to get that promotion though is to either Buy two packs of epods or an epod and an e-cig. But because the store refuses to sell epod refills you cannot get the promotion. I honestly thought Petro Canada was up to par with having the same products as other Petro Canada's. But I guess some Petro Canada's have lower standards than others.

Locals take most of the parking spaces, showers are not great but i have seen worse, You’ll see locals park there truck here and take off in a car with their wife.
And management do nothing about it.

From 2 to 3 week there is a problem with lounge access reported several times to authorities by many drivers its look like no one cares worst place to stop for sleep or fuel

Typical Petro Canada. Lot full of unattended Trucks and dropped trailers. Store got banker-hours. Access Card hardly ever works.

Worst petro in Canada! Half the pumps don't work, the other half are painfully slow, Card reader hardly works. Always out of washer water. Store is closed on the Sundays with horrible hours on weekdays.

In general, Petro Passes are the worst truck stops. Their card readers are always a lottery whether they'll read your BVR card from 10th attempt or 50th, never from the 1st in my memory. This particular truck stop has always faulty pumps, something always not working, either diesel pump or def. Additional, the hole process of getting to a washroom, when a store is closed, and most stores are close after 8 pm and on weekends, you have to go through the entire process if you had to fuel. Seriously, I need to go and I need to do it as quick as possible, not to try to swipe a card 100 times in your readers. It's a shame that one of the true Canadian Truck stop is one of the worst and is far behind American Flying J/ Pilot.

Barely any truck parking. The owner is a rude East Indian. His daughter has no customer service skill. I’ll never give this guy business.

Good luck finding a place to park here, locals occupy most of parking spots.
Malfunctioning printers, no fuel receipt, no free shower.
Place closes at 6 during weekdays, so if you need to buy something, you'll have to take a long walk.
Showers are semi clean, I've seen them worse.

Great place to overnight for one night.it if you cant get into a campground due to late arrivals

What a woderful experience. It was 2nd customer appriciation day. Nice breakfast. Open for customers. Welcome everyone with smiles all around. Lucky to be here this day.

Closes too early on weekends, while we truckers work 7 days a week, at all hours of the day.
Hence the less than perfect rating

At the night time they leaving open just one shower. But they have six. Bad news for truck drivers.

This gas station should not even be on the map if it is useless to 99% of people. Just bulldoze it
