Petro-Pass Truck Stop

This place use to be amazing. Now the service is horrible. Don't greet you, hardly acknowledge you when you are at till. The guy that works outside spends more time on his phone instead of working holding people up from getting fuel. If it wasn't a work account I would never come back!

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.very rude and unhelpful staff. They never greet any customer.

Well I stopped here to refuel today and wanted to use the washroom. It says the washroom and showers are just for petropass holders, which I have, but when I put in pump 8 to use the washroom a it comes up unauthorized. I use my petropass everywhere else to use washrooms but this place won't let you use it. Of course today is Sunday so in typical fashion there is no one here to answer why they won't let me use the washrooms. I ended up going to the flying j down the road and from now on won't fuel at this place ever again.

Used by a friend who visited me out of town. Facilities are good, management did well to answer his questions and the location is great within accessable distance to the Northside.

Best Petro-Pass in the Edmonton area, by far. Clean and well taken care of. They actually care about Professional Drivers

You can buy snacks during fueling. Have washroom and cleaning upper window facilities. Friendly staff.

Excellent place to fuel up and take a breather. Free wifi fresh made food, restroom facilities etc.

Pretty standard truck stop however unfortunately they seem to have a lot of problems with their def pumps

I was using the internet they i find very helpful having to be able to connect to it and need to find a place when I need to so thank you very much

Good food, washrooms, showers, laundry, parking for trucks and supplies for operation of trucks

Staff was informative and very helpful. Pump area clean and stocked with supplies like paper towels, floor dry, wash stations.

An excellent truck stop, staff always polite and courteous, the fuel card machines can be a pain when they are not working properly.

Very good place.good food good people. I just wish they could make both the main and satellite pump work at the same time
