Katie and Larissa, the nicest ladies I have ever encountered at a PetSmart ever they went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for. Thank you ladies keep up the great work will definitely come back to this location because of you guys.

The staff here are friendly, helpful, and amazing. We had just brought home a new puppy for the first time in 20 years and the sheer amount of choice nowadays is daunting. I forgot to grab names of the employees but 2 of them took the time and energy to not only point us to proper items for our new puppy, but also explain the benefits of each type of training treat or hard beef chews, etc. Will definitely be using this location for all of our pet needs.

Love Petsmart but I think their loyalty points program could be much better compared to other point reward programs.
Sunridge is my favorite but East Hills was a nice store, clean, well equipped/stocked, nice staff and easy parking and pick up.

I may have once had a more helpful individual in a store but for the life of me I can’t remember when.

Experience with staff was great, but they ran out of the kitty litter we've been using and had to buy a totally different brand.

May in grooming is great. We’ve seen her twice now for a puppy bath and trim and Oliver always looks great after. Some before and after photos of Oliver’s visit today!

Very happy to count with their support for the grooming service for our puppy, their food quality, care and love for our pet. Amazing service and they are always willing to guide you.

The ladies were friendly, and knowledgeable. We haven't got the puppies back yet, nor have a received a call to come pick them up because they bit someone. All good so far.

Never ever take your dog here for services of any kind. Incompetent, unprofessional, and HIGHLY discriminative groomer named Tammy here tried lecturing us about things she thought was “wrong” about our 16 week old puppy including telling us that our dog was “too big” to be a puppy and was “aggressive”. Seriously get bent. We’ve had ZERO issues with our dog interacting with anyone whether it’s with people out in public, trainers at dog school, daycare or other groomers, pretty sure Tammy is the issue here, not our dog.

Dani and the team in the grooming salon really know what customer service is all about. When the sunridge location left me with a partially groomed dog and told me they could get me in in 19 days and then cancel on me the team at the east hills location stepped up and made it right. Thank you so much for all you did today to help my pup and myself

Love taking out pup here. Huge selection, good prices, very good staff! We have taken our senior staffy here for grooming and they did a perfect job. Love coming here, will keep returning!

The most amazing pet store here in the city, very professional. I returned an aquarium ornament due to paint issue. Few fish died in my tank but they replaced it and dealt with me professionally. Tara and her manager is amazing. Highly recommended to shop here.

We service. Staff was too busy standing at the front of the store talking to each other to be able to help me. I put down everything I managed to find, stopped looking for the rest and left the store. Will never be going back.

Very quiet store. Anytime I've shopped here the has never been more than 10 people, including staff, inside at a time. This means the shelves are always stocked and product organized.

I brought my Dog in for a spa day, i had an amazing experience and will be bringing him for his future spa appointments. I had Leah, She was amazing and so friendly! I would recommended this place for anyone to bring their fur babies:)

Melissa in store was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable on the products we were looking for! Amazing customer service, made the experience great and gave us much needed advice about our new puppy.

As there are no options for zero stars, I have to go with one. Horribly arrogant and rude staff in grooming department, even worse manager, who doesn't care one bit about customer satisfaction. We took our dog there several times and they'd always act very pretentious. After my dog's recent ACL injury they at first didn't want to take him without manager's approval, I went through grueling questioning about veterinarian procedures, which are none of their business, but I still complied. They called a few days later to confirm the appointment, for which I had to wait over a week, only to cancel a day before grooming, because the manager "changed her mind" - very unprofessional, especially since my dog needed his leg shaved in order to wear a brace. When I complained they were all incredibly rude: staff, manager and even the store manager! Perhaps they don't care if they lose a customer, but I will never enter that store again and I don't recommend it to anyone!

The one at East Hills in Calgary has the worst staff. I waited for a staff member, was in the middle of selecting my purchase with a staff member, chose everything I wanted and she was to get it. She just stopped and went and helped another customer for 15 mins and left me standing there. Pretty awful service in my opinion.

I would never take my dog to PetSmart again, first and last. They check my dog asked me what I wanted and they did whatever they wanted to do.

Awesome staff, clean tanks. Great organization. Not very many deals. Crickets are good quality, staff dont count them very well though

I usually shop Petsmart in the NE but I was in this area and needed to pick up something. This store seems disorganized because the cat and dog items are all over not where the dog items are on one side and the cat items on the other. The items I was looking for was out of stock I chose another product. Staff are very friendly here.

Looking for static collar options - immediately told I'm not training my dog correctly by the person who trains dogs.

Return visit to look at vehicle barriers only to find they have zero stock because they dont sell well at this location. Suggested to buy online, pick up at another location at the other end of town.

Won't be returning to this location or store brand.

Had a bad experience with one employee (short blonde hair) who refused to sell me a product based on her judgemental opinion of what I should do with my pet.

Rude staff, won't sell you a small goldfish even telling them we transfer fish to bigger tanks when they get bigger. I've been fish keeping for over 15 years. Insulting and just plain rude.

Im currently inside their building and the service gets worse and worse every time I visit. Sadly, its the closest pet store to our home and they've failed to provide proper change during past transactions, lie over the phone about feeder sizes just to get you to come into the store and waste gas, dont listen to customers and are snarky.

The cashier was rude and not friendly at all. She seemed like she didn’t enjoy working there and therefore was not at all inclined or motivated to answer my questions in full. She gave one word replies. Further, did not explain well the PetSmart promotions in store and gave misinformation regarding a water additive for my puppy breath and teeth hygiene. When informed her of the misstep that the item was not for puppies, she then changed her mind and agreed that it wasn’t for puppies. So, why did she say it was safe for my puppy to begin with? Maybe because she didn’t care and wasn’t knowledgeable!

They did a good job grooming Shadow but it took forever because they didn't start her at appointment time. They didn't tell me we would be dropping her off at appointment time and that she would be taken care of a couple of hours later.
