Went to petsmart to see the adoption for cat. When I looked at it's ears the cats ears were bleeding and infested with mites. How can they sell a cat like this. Will be calling the humane society

Don't carry kangaroo dog food any help finding chicken free brands. Not a great selection, price and staff friendly, but. Not eager to help

Senior with a cane and dropped my packages of cat food, employee who was helping me just walked away to the cash register and left me struggling

Very helpful and courteous staff. Location is easy to access and they have handicap parking. They have a wide variety of goods and services for all pets and humans too! Happy Halloween Pet Smart! Thank you for all your help with Kenya!

This is the closest Pet store by my house, this experience lead me to go out of my way to not visit here or any pet-smart again.

I went in to buy both a kong toy and a bed for my dog. I needed to use the bathroom, it was locked. I inquired on the availability of the bathroom. This is how it went:

Me: “is the bathroom available”

Staff: “only for customers”

Me: “I need to use the bathroom first and then I’ll decide”

Staff: “so are you buying anything”

Me: “. ” (Im trying to pick sizing and compare on a full bladder)

Staff: “well there’s a bathroom at Walmart”

Me: “okay, maybe I’ll come back after I go use the bathroom across the street. ”

I’m never coming back:)

I have never received such terrible customer service in my life. I went in to buy 29 cent feeder gold fish to add to my tank at home and set up a new tank for my son in his room. I was told if I don't know the exact gallon size of my tank at home she refused to sell me the fish.

(Let's also add we made this person aware my son recently had to put his dog down (yesterday) and he's 9, and we are setting up a tank for his room because his dog died.)

My husband reiterated we have a large tank at home and she still said I reserve the right to not sell the fish to you if the tank is too small.we were buying several of the tiny gold feeder fish and the tank we were purchasing brand new was at a large enough capacity to hold them. Needless to say I went elsewhere. I will never shop here again.

TO ALL FISH BUYERS, BEWARE- I am currently upgrading to a 55 gallon tank, but I went to buy a juvenile comet goldfish for my current 38 gallon tank and a very rude lady in a gray cardigan said she would not sell it to me because my tank was “too small”. She then proceeded to try and convince me that the fish would die after “two days” in my “small tank”. Where did the number “two days” even come from? I can understand her job and the need to look after the well-being of the fish, but this is based off terrible misinformation. I’ve been fishkeeping for years and to be lied to was very offensive. She claims the fish would die after two days, when the tanks at the location are always overstocked and probably less than 20 gallons. Where is the logic? Reluctantly she sold me the fish and basically dropped it on the cashier counter and shoved it at me. I went home to test the water to discover very ALARMING AND HIGH LEVELS OF AMMONIA, NITRITES AND NITRATES. It is appalling to me that she was convinced the fish was better off in that tank at the store. It has been more thank two weeks and the goldfish is healthy and thriving. This lady should not be working at a pet store if she is not going to learn about basic pet keeping or if she is going to lie to customers. I will never buy from this location again.

It was clean and spacious. Loots of food brands! They don't have much options for pet beds here but for products and treats, the store was nicely stocked

Always clean and well stocked. Variety of toys and treats, as well as necessities like litter and food. Plenty of room and a well defined spacing for customers at the checkout. Thank you for being Covid compliant and maintaining sanitary environment for your patrons.

I dont like being asked if i need help finding anything AS SOON as i walk in the store, then AGAIN 5 min later, then AGAIN 5min later.its ridiculous & annoying & wish this would STOP. This is NOT customer service, its annoying for the person trying to shop.

Very small store. Not a lot of selection. Staff are always friendly but not very knowledgable concerning the aquatic species they do supply.

Super helpful, the "Crazy cat lady" (not going to say names in this specific Pet Smart was very informative about what channels to procure to make sure I'm doing everything possible to keep my mancoon at his best. Will definitely be going there more often to stay on top of it! Thx Crazy Cat Lady!

Had my dog in on the 5th and first thing I hear not another puppy. I understand that injuries happen but when I set up a puppy bath and brush it’s not telling me that. It’s just the attitude I got from them was not helpful and wish it could have been better.

Even though they are usually busy when I go', they always greet me, ask if I need any help, and call for a cashier if there are two people in line.

Jocelyne is such a wonderful lady! She always grooms my pup Ariel with perfection and love! She is very friendly and a great asset to the store!

Worst experience ever. I wait for help with a sail fin molly I had picked out. So my boyfriend go someone to help us. I pointed it out and said I wanted that one. But someone had just showed up and was getting guppies out of a tank for a customer that had not been there as long as I had.
I was asked if I wanted any other fish. I said I wasn’t sure yet I just wanted that one so I stood with the employee and waited. (I assumed for the stuff the other employee was using to get fish)
But then right in front of me as I was waiting.the other costumer asked for the exact fish I had just been waiting for and instead of the employee that was helping me stepping in and saying that it was already spoken for he let the other costumer that had not been waiting as long as me take it.
Will not be shopping there anytime soon. It was not fair in anyway. And I ended up leaving with out buying anything.
