Cheryl has always been the one to help in the fish/reptile section and has been amazing. Went today for crickets she hurried and unboxed a shipment that had just arrived to ensure I got some. Other places would have told you to come back but not her! There needs to be more like her.

The staff are ok. They don't have much of anything for fish supplies. PS has sales but never have any of the fish merchandise in stock. It's like they forget to send stock to PG.

Booked Bentley for a bath or his day at "the spa". He loved it and was so pampered. They go above and beyond for our special family members. Thank you

Just went in for a minute to see the small animals. Nice selection of Guinea pigs, mice, gerbils, and hamsters.

Sent my dog in for a groom and they did a lovely job she was covered with sap from trees she's a Rottweiler healer cross

Alright…. I brought my 6 month puppy here for grooming and it was his first time.

I asked for:

-teeth brushing
-bathe
-nails clipped
-ears cleaned

When I came back to get him, ears weren’t cleaned, teeth definitely wasn’t brushed, he still had food from breakfast stuck in his teeth, they clipped 3 of his claws… and I’m not even sure if he was bathed cuz he still smelled a little rough….

This place did not do what I paid for… unbelievable… never will I be back here…

Front of store cashier was great, assistant in grooming was not understanding what I was asking, so went into the back to it straightened out with fellow staff.

We went here to find a nice bed for our fur baby. We have been looking for one for a while and we finally found a stack of nice beds that were on sale for 15$ but when we went to pay, the cashier said the price was showing up as 80$. Obviously we were shocked at the price difference but the nice manager said that as a one time show of good faith she would honour the price due to the stocking error. If you ask me it was amazing customer experience and I’m definitely going back for all my regular pet shopping

I want to give 0 as a star but thats not an option i guess. The petsmart on 137th ave has two of the worst staff I've had to deal with. They have the worst customer service and no idea what they are doing. I recommend you never go there to buy anything fish related. First time I was there I wanted to buy a tank and they were refusing to let me get anything but the floor model which wasn't in the best shape because they didn't have anyone to bring the ones in the back. I had ordered it online for pickup and the lady there said if I didn't want the floor model then there was no other alternative and i can just get refunded Customer service tip 101 if you can't give the customer what they bought then dont offer it in your store and for the managers of pet smart learn how to hire better staff at your 137th location. Second time I was there I wanted to buy 2 fish and apparently the lady didn't want to sell them either because a 60 gallon tank apparently isn't big enough for them and silver dollars. The irony is they had 3 silver dollars and at least 4 of this fish in the tiny pet store aquarium. Worse customer service. I have been to other petsmart shops before and this by far is the worst one. I hope you guys train your staff better on customer service as clearly you have issues with two of your staff at that location.

The boy working cashier was very nice, but I felt a bit uncomfortable when another employee (older lady with glasses) told a customer off when they were asking for help looking for certain products. There was a bit of a language barrier but either way, employees should try their best to help customers regardless off barriers.

She told customer "You should've brought someone with you, were not here to help you shop. " I felt hurt with her words and felt sorry for the customer with how poorly she treated him.

They have a great selection of pet supplies and often have sales. I love going after a holiday for the %50 items

Always use the groomer at Skyview PetSmart. Get excellent service and feel they care for Kimi's wellbeing. Always recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer.

Its a good place to go for certain brands you are looking for. Such as, brands of food, etc. I find more options that I personally like elsewhere. But they have a very good and wide selection of treats, toys, bones, activities, for all sorts of pets. Love that they groom and have adoptable pets from rescues.

PetSmart is a large box store with huge selections. The bird supply is lacking in bird accessories. Like birdbath, budgie swing, food dishes. They are always out of millet.

Great team at this store. Love finding reasons to come and shop though I must admit I take advantage of the free delivery a lot. Great prices.

It's a PetSmart - pet supplies. They had exactly what I was looking for (disposable cat litter boxes). They also have an extensive selection of food, toys, etc.for all manner of pets. A one stop pet shop as it were. I'd recommend.

Respectable. I called looking for a product. Their staff was helpful and went to check, and when I asked to have their product set aside until the morning, they happily took my name and did so. It was small, my request, but will be enormous the care and what that'll mean to my pets. Thank you Skyview petsmart!

Came here for cat litter. Staff was friendly and the store was clean/organized. Plus there were kittens at the front! Almost brought another cat home.

Very good experience with this location. Product I was looking for wasn't on the shelf, and an associate took the time to check thoroughly in the back to find it.

Got lots of assistance to get the items I needed for my new leopard gecko setup. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful as all can be. Will be back if I need anything else!

Tried calling this location today to ask about whether they had some snails in stock. The woman on the phone was absolutely rude and passive aggressive. I have no idea what I done for her to react that way. She put me on hold first because she said they were busy, which is fine and I waited. Then when she picked up the phone after and I asked her the same question she told me we don't sell live animals here. The website says they do though. All I wanted to know was how many golden mystery snails they had left as I wanted to pick one up after work. She was very unhelpful. I'm not sure whether it's management to blame for not hiring enough staff once again and that they are overwhelmed? Petsmart is definitely the Walmart of pet stores.

This place is a inconsistent with its bug feeding stock and the staff is consistently not helpful. Got refused to check another stores stock. Several times there bugs have been sub par.

I'll say they're pretty good and they do have a wide selection of products and the the products and the staff is very helpful

Today I had both my dogs at Petsmart on 139st and 137ave, for a grooming. I picked up Mylo right after his appointment because of his heart problem, then an hour later I went to pick up Ty from the groomers they said he was a very good boy and he was passionately waiting for me. I got his leash and started walking up to the front counter when Ty stopped half way to the front counter, I did not think much of it, and I continued on. He stopped again. I picked him up and carried him to the front put him down and he sat down i paid for every thing he was laying down then. I picked him up and he went limp the cashier rushed me in to the back room tried giving him some water no response then he stopped responding and his breathing became very shallow I started cpr the store staff is amazing one of the lady's got her car and drove us to the emergency vet so I could continue doing cpr when we got there the vet rushed him in when the vet came she informed me he had passed Petsmart went above and beyond anything they had to do I can not say enough about there staff and to top it off the corporate office in Minnesota called me to see if there was anything they could do and pass on there condolences they already had done it all and more. I can not say enough for every thing the pet smart staff did for me today.

We only stopped by to pick up an order but all of the ladies at the front were fantastic. They showed us respect and treated us like human beings in light of having a mask exemption. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Staff are polite. Sometimes so polite I cannot find them. However, that isn't usually a problem. They usually have what I want in stock and have a great selection of all my cats' needs.

The staff gave great details about the hamsters and explanations of which type hamster would work well for our family. As first time hamster owners, it has been an experience learning to handle the little creatures. My girls are in love with their new hamsters for their birthday. The staff's suggestion was perfect, a Syrian hamster for the first hamster is spot on.

Always a good store with good staff.they just seem to run out of certain canned cat foods more often than I like.

Helpful and knowledgable staff. You can tell they love and care about our pets. The staff seem happy. They also support pet charities. I would shop here again.

Great place with friendly staff. Prices on chewy items could be better though. I like their rewards program.

Store was clean, staff appeared to be following the Covid-19 protocols. I was able to find the food my pup enjoys, and stock up on treats, thst were on sale! Cashiers always friendly and I appreciate them asking to give a treat, rather than just giving one.

Great selection, clean store. Took our Morkie puppy there for a grooming and the grooming staff was amazing! They took care of our dog like he was their own.

There was a bit of a shortage on cashiers so the line wasn't fast but staffing during covid and the Christmas season is rough. The selection on products was pretty good for the cat and guinea pig stuff I was looking for. I was also able find some great xmas outfits for the cats (they wear a XS and and S in dog outfits)

Extremely rude staff. Trying to buy a $200 set of clippers. Was told by employee that they were to busy to help me. Have had this type of experience more than once from this location.

I went to PetSmart to get my dog some treats and I was looking for booties for my dogs paws. My dog has a bad back leg. When it's really slippery outside, I can't take my dog for a walk. The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The staff also helped me to pick out some booties with some grips on the bottom so that I can take her for a walk when it is slippery outside.

We bought our first fish tank and fish here with our young kids. We had a really good experience, the workers were super friendly, patient and answered my kids questions about fish.

First time puppy owner looking for dog treats. The staff was really helpfull and was able to explain to me what is best for my puppy. George loved his treat.

Relatively clean and well stocked. Definitely a reduction in staff. So give yourself some time to get help and pay.

There's a large variety of brands in stock and the prices seem decent. They had the exact wet and dry food that I went in there for and the cashier was exceptionally friendly.

We asked for help with fish by a girl named Jaline and she totally ignored us at first and we asked her again to help us with fish as nobody else was coming to help us. Once she finally helped us with fish she sounded ditzy and miserable and while she had our fish in the net out of the water she turned and started chatting to other customers. This is not our first less than pleasant experience with this employee.

Went in inquiring info on a particular rabbit breed i rescued and the associate at the till recommended i speak to a shirley, that she had knowledge of rabbits.
I then asked this associate shirley if she knew anything about the specific breed i had rescued, and all she did was show me product i could purchase and that was it.
I told her that the internet was full of mixed info and so i assumed since petsmart was close to home that perhaps they must adopt rabbits out

Shirley told me they stopped adopting rabbits out but she expressed she still had the knowledge.
I told her that the rabbit apparently came from pet land and she told me where pet land was and i felt like she was suggesting i go there ‍️
Very poor customer service today.shirley or what ever your name was you could have provided better customer service in my opinion.

Good product range, organized shelves. They could have more stuff for birds, but guess that's not in demand. Otherwise s good place.

Went in looking for my RC puppy food that 50st petsmart NEVER has in stock.guess what.they had it.an awesome lady named Cheryl helped me find everything.what great customer service. Cheryl is absolutely fantastic and no I am not related to her or anything like that lol it was very nice to have actual customer service after shopping at 50th street petsmart continually. I will be making the extra drive to shop at skyview from now on simply a much better shopping experience. The store is super clean and shelves are stocked.no empty slots it was great.was an absolute 100% difference and much appreciated. Will definitely be a return shopper here at this location

Overall a great store. Sometimes lacking what I intend to buy - generally supplies for my small to medium birds. But supply variation is to be expected and I can usually find at least most of what I do need, the toys and treats are more a bonus.

Friendly staff, the store appears clean and tidy. Smells like a pet store would smell like.

Always have a great selection of food and treats for my cats! The cashier was also super friendly and I enjoyed my time there.
