I honestly wish that I could find my product cheaper elsewhere because the management/senior associates here are RUDE and UNWILLING to help. First off, a lady who was training an new associate needed help with a coupon/sale transaction and she FORGOT about her and I and I was waiting with no idea what happened.she came back to watch the rest of the transaction not saying A WORD to me. No sorry for the wait or anything.

Another time I went in asking where this specific litter was after checking and she pointed it out like i was an idiot for not finding it.and walked off without saying anything.at this point i’ll pay the extra 10% somewhere else.very disappointed as i’m a frequent customer. Not hard to help customers! That’s your job!

Was looking specifically for something to hive a cat for constipation.clerk was helpful and suggested two options.bought both.one for $19.59 (waste of money) and the canned Pumpkin for $1.69 which was an answer. Thanks for your assistance

PetSmart is my favourite place to go buy crickets for my sons lizard, they are very helpful and the checkouts are quick and easy, the points program helps too!

Management seems toxic, watched a supervisor verbally abuse an employee when i spoke up i was told to leave (i was told her name was Kari) not a single staff member in that store looked like they had any enjoyment being there, ive got a feeling that has everything to do with the Management. Pretty sad to see.

This store always has what I'm looking for. My dogs love going "shopping" for treats and toys too. Staff are always pleasant

The store is very organized. They sort by brand names in the aisle so you're not searching for one thing out of a 100. The staff are very fun and friendly to talk to, and very helpful.

Have to go back.i got a molly fish for my 3 yr old and as soon as i put it in the tank it wasnt very active.it rests on the bottom because its back tail fin is gone and clearly has ich.i said it doesnt matter which one but thats my fault because i said that.hope my fish dont get sick and die by introducing this into my healthy tank.

Don’t buy fish from here, they’re always sick, they don’t care about their tanks. Don’t understand why they sell fish if they can’t properly take care of them. When I tried to talk to a staff member about a fish with camallanus worms she completely shrugged it off and the second time I tried to mention it to a different staff member she completely ignored me. Absolutely pathetic.

Decent selection. Would be 5 stars if the quality of the products being sold were better checked and monitored. It gets annoying buying expensive pet gear for it to not last long at all. But other than that the store is clean and staff are nice. Prices are good on items if they actually lasted long.

The staff were nice and greeted me when I arrived. Would be nice if they had more dog toy options that weren't priced so high

Was in there on the 12th and when I walked in the person behind the counter was texting on her phone. I asked where the collars were and she directed me. After finding what I was looking for I returned to the counter to ask some questions about pet food toys and treats. The answer I got for ever was I don't know. So I was on my own when I returned tonthe counter to pay for my things thw owkrer was just dating there on her phone texting yet again infront if customers. Very disappointing this person knew nothing about where she worked or how yo help customers. So I am returning my items today and going elsewhere

Got a Herman tortoise not from here but from a professional reptile place but we got our bedding from pet smart so we decided to ask what to feed them because they had a Herman Tortoise. They told us to feed them dead worms, so we asked the reptile guy and he said that would most likely kill them. So they are giving customers false information and feeding there animals wrong things but my kids love going there to pet the bunny’s and hamsters.

Went to pet smart on the afternoon of April 1 that there groomers went home early and will be back and accepting walk ins from 10am on Sunday April 2nd. When finally finding a groomer they said they can’t help show me how to clip the nails on my dog cause they don’t know how. As well that they only have 1 person that can do it and she is away sick. Not impressed. If your a pet groomer you should be at least able to give me a tip or some advice on how to do it. Not sure if petsmart will be my place for pet questions or any of my pet needs in the future. Please teach some customer service to grooming staff instead of just turning away customers. Or hire more staff to help if there is only one person that can do nail trimming!

I find the service slow even if its not busy you have to go out of your way to find a wroker to get help.maybe they are under staffed.

No employee in petcare for like 10 mins. Grabbed the bugs I wanted and left. Cashier (Cortney) came completely unglued over this act. Obviously would have asked a person if there was one to ask. Don't go here if your in a hurry or doing like being yelled at by unkempt looking individuals. Store either needs more employees to meet the demands or better trained ones.

Good variety staff is helpful
Only downside is the untrained somewhat dangerous dog you sometimes come across

Busy store! Friendly and helpful staff! Very reasonably priced for what I was purchasing. My cat Rip loved his goldfish very much! Thank you Petsmart.
