The ladies at this store are beyond helpful when it comes to reptiles. It's an absolute treat to visit here every week.

I called in to ask a quick question, although they don't carry what I was looking for Greg went above and beyond to help answer my questions and gave me a lot of information. He is absolutely amazing.

Great place for pets in general but don't come here anymore since my sister moved with the cat.

I have had wonderful experiences whenever dealing with Austyn on till. I rarely have seen him during pandemic but we had him while checking out today and he was great as always! Awesome customer service

Always professional and very accountable with their grooming services! My doggo always comes out neat, silkier and softer; he always smells so good, never too over powering.
I also love that they always offer cute bandanas after the visit, he comes out looking so charming, and he flaunts it too.

PetSmart at this location is quite tidied and clean! Everything is neat so it's easy to find things, although I do wish they still carried the soft little squeaky toys (like the piggy one) because one of my doggo's piggy ripped and he just finally got used to the word "Piggy" for his toy. But other than that, I find this store usually has better pricings and the staff are always very friendly.

Worst service ever, groomers have no groomers have no customer service tactics and do not care about their clients, when you contact customer service or the store manager they try and clean the mess up but when you re-try to give them another chance is just the same! Shame on all the PetSmart stores.

If you have pets, im sure you have been to pet smart. Lots of products and services for almost any pet. Some shelves were bearer than others on this visit. One of the friendly staff helped us find what we were looking for also. Btw if you are looking for a chew proof toy for a large destructive dog. Petsmart has some harder rubber ball toys most of the time that at least out black lab sheppard cross has not been able to even leave a shew mark in. Was not expensive either.

Petsmart is one of the few place I like to go to for my kitties. They often have deals; they even have an app with a game that wins you 15,20, and 25% coupon for 1 item. I like to use this to my advantage monthly and buy litter!

I like that they have a good variety of healthy brands for wet food. However, my lady cat doesn't like poultry as much as fish and the amount of poultry offered exceeds fish for both wet/dry food. I wish that they had more tuna+chicken or salmon+chicken options.

They recently added more cute cat bowls too! 1 peeve I have is that they sometimes sell out and their shelfs stay like that for 2-3 weeks—with sale tags up. So its like what's up? I drive for 25 min and there's still nothing restocked, at least remove the tags.

Lately they have had really reduced stock on their shelves. I can o Ly imagine it's due in part to covid but I appreciate them helping me find what I need.

Service could be a little bit better in the fish/reptile food area, but over all good customer service and the store is generally clean

Waited in line for 25 minutes to pick up Rabbit Food. They need more than just one cashier on at certain times.

Was so happy to be able to rent a carpet cleaner. I was able to have it for 2 day at a reasonable price. Will definitely do it again. If you have pets and need a cleaner this is the place to rent it. Very very happy with the job their bissel cleaner did. It was easy to use and easy to return.

Sarah and Becca in Grooming were the absolute best to work with. They were very patient and loving with my very nervous dog and were thorough in explaining different options that would be best for his fur type. I couldn't recommend and thank these two enough for their customer service. Will definitely be back!

Went in groom my dogs. Feeling very disappointed. The girls were very quiet afterwards usually they have the zoomies. This time they did not. The hair cut was short it was my choice but I wish they guided me better I am new at this. When I came home there is lines everywhere. And the girls are scratching all the time I guess that hemps was not a good idea. So very disappointed.

We have been doing dog training classes at this location for about a year and we absolutely love it. The prices are amazing compared to other places around the city and the level of training is really exceptional. They have a variety of classes offered from basic puppy classes to trick training, and we have learned a lot in each class and enjoyed them all. The trainer at this location, Raine, is truly fantastic at her job and is an excellent communicator with both us and our dog (who absolutely adores the ground she walks on). She is patient, kind, and really intuitive about how to best train our dog. I can’t say enough good things about the dog training program here and recommend it to all my friends with puppies!

I have always received amazing customer service here. They have always been accommodating of my needs with a smile and never made me feel like I was being a huge pain even though I probably was. I will definitely keep coming back:)

Their seasonal stock for dogs is never put out in a timely manner. The shelves look pretty naked every time I've gone in. Sales aren't worth it most of the time. But it's convenient when you know exactly what you're going in to get.

Selection is limited, I was there to buy fish food and some fish however the associate was not knowledgeable enough to help

Love Petsmart. Can bring the dogs in to pick out a new toy and treats. Both my pups for new name tags engraved there as well. I have a rewards card to get points and can use them on line or in store for money off new toys and treat for my pets.

Looking for my dogs favorite treats they carry them, hard to find at the grocery stores now treats little ceasers delites, Tazo loves them.

Went to get the no pull harness I bought last week fitted. The staff member decided I'd gotten too large a size for the dog, and fitted her with a size smaller. Staff was very helpful, store was clean.

Employees are very helpful and I met 2 managers (not because of any issues) they were both very friendly

All I wanted was a fish for my kid. Totally un-trained guy was completely unhelpful.talked himself and the store out of a large sale. Twice, as I give everyone the benefit of doubt. Just horrible service.

I like this store. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the assortment is great enough. However every time I shop here I find discrepancies in price on the price tags and at checkout. I had worked in retail for 8 years that’s why I have this habit to check prices. Cashiers always change the price when I notice the difference and they always say something “oh, they again change the price in system and we didn’t have time to change the price tags”. I think managers should consider to appoint someone for this role - checking price tags with prices in system. $2 is not a great amount, but if it happens a lot.

Very great place for pet supplies. Knowledgable staff. And very welcoming to exotic pet owners like myself. I like to bring my bearded dragon with me to the store and the staff always love to see him

This place is really good. Staff is very friendly. Offer good assistance. Prices are bit lower compared to the market. Few fish are very low priced. Got lot of options there. I found their prices lowest in online and physical stores. Only one negative thing store looks bit old.

The store is clean and well kept. Product aisles are clearly marked and organized. Only thing was a lot of items on special were sold out or was hard to identify.

The shelves were empty again, they never have the cat litter that I use for my 3 cats! The staff is not knowledgeable, they can't answer questions about their products!

Love going to look at their toys for dogs and small animals. Treat selection is a bit lacking, but prices are great.

There were no staff around to help us or to answer questions. There were at least 3 dead fish floating in the fish section. The cashier was not happy to be at work that day and made this clear to us with his grumpy attitude. We were also disappointed that we were not allowed to pet the cats that are locked up in the back.

Great selection, always has some sort of sale on and there is dog training. Returned some products without a receipt, no hassles.
