The staff is always very friendly at our location from walking into the store, very knowledgeable about the products to completing my purchase. Our bunny is very happy with his kibbles and hay products

I received excellent service from someone who seemed to really care about my dog without ever meeting him. Thank you!

Went on boxing day to buy a large dog bed on sale. They had no stock for large dogs. Very disappointing. Told me I had to drive around the city and look at other stores myself. Not very helpful.

I came in to buy cat food. I waited at the till for 10 minutes with no staff there to check me out. So I left. Terrible service.

Worst experience ever having my service dog groomed. Lazy entitled staff. I will not return ever.

Took my chihuahua here to see Cyan for a front to back top to bottom pampering and boy did she deliver. I specifically asked for extra attn to be given to her nails and cyan did a great job. My lil princess came back to me happy, super soft and smelling amazing! This is my goto place now and cyan if you haven't had the opportunity to have her pamper your pet you should she does a great job! Highly recommend!

Only thing we didn't get and my fiance mentioned when he saw our pup was she didn't get a bandana as mentioned in the pkg purchased. Other than that were happy with job done ️

I went in to purchase a terrarium for my beardie and was absolutely astonished with the customer service provided by Jenna. She was very knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped in ensuring the 40 gallon tank made it safely to the vehicle as well as provided us with information about their app. I am very thankful for her help, I will definitely be visiting this location.

Standard PetSmart chain store. Always get good service at the groomers. Usually need to walk to the cashier to find someone for the fish area

Meant to write this a week ago but got busy. Anyways, I was in on Dec 13th and 20th and was helped by the same amazing employee both times. Hopefully I’m remembering right, but I believe her name is Christie (I’m terrible with names). Now, all the employees there are generally nice when I come in, but I have to rave about this one, cause she went above and beyond to help me. I recently came in with my puppy I just got. She asked if she could give him a treat and say hello, then proceeded to help me find some items and was knowledgeable about all of them. Even showed me the puppy book which I came back and used a bunch of on the 20th. I wasn’t expecting to see her again but we did and it didn’t take her long to remember us. Our second encounter was just as pleasant as the last. Again going out of her way to pull down all the giant dog crates from the very top shelf for me to look at, to struggling to help me try and fit the dang thing in my car a 1000 different ways before we realized it wasn’t going to fit and I would have to come back she made my chaotic trip with a toddler and a puppy feel easier. This employee is the kind that makes you wanna keep coming back, as you can tell she really cares about her job, customers and animals. Give this girl a raise or a promotion or something! She’s a gem for sure.

Hours are accurate, staff are friendly and provide great service. Consistent stocking is recommended, as an employee had to spend awhile in the back room looking for something that I asked for.

Long haired guy at the front gives a ton of extra crickets when purchasing, make sure to find him when getting crickets for your lizards!

Went for a dog e collar and they had minimal sizes in stock even though computer said they did! Very frustrating.

Had what I wanted this time but the fish selection is very poor, the store sales more products then fish

Big store but did not have a lot of the things I needed. I think it was more due to the supplier issue and breeder issue. Not the store itself. Staff is friendly and helpful, tried to the best of their abilities. I would recommend once things settle down and they are able to get stock for what people need.

Website said they had certain Items in stock (liquid KMR and other goods needed) made the trip when i got to the store staff said "often the website is wrong.we don't carry liquid KMR just the powder". If knew that I wouldn't have made the trip for nothing.

Update your website properly. OR PULL IT DOWN.it isn't accurate and wastes people's time.

I brought our dog Otto for a grooming. Krista was Otto's groomer. She did an excellent job of looking after Otto. I will definitely bring Otto back for Krista to do his grooming.

When I arrived for Roxy's grooming appointment on May 23rd Dacia asked the questions they usually ask. Sounded like she was experienced, although rating everything on the cutting blade they use instead of adapting, (which comes with experience). Upon first looking Roxy's cut looked ok a little long in places, in the belly area. When we arrived home and and she settled enough for me to check her out.
Her cut on the body was terribly uneven, shaved really close in a small area (like the slip of the razor) and left jagged and unfinished at the top her head, under and around the neck and chest area, large tuff of hair left on the side of her mouth. I paid 72.00 dollars for a hair cut that now have to even out and recut the body and underbelly area. Tail was good. Legs and feet ok a couple of touch-ups. Teeth brushing looked good.

Knowing that they promote and support a very, very, bad, dishonest so called animal "rescue" I can no longer in good faith support the Petsmart brand.

This PetSmart probably has one of largest selection of live pets available. Very big store and great service. Check out was pretty quick considering there was a long line up when I went to pay. They moved people through by opening all the tills when they needed to.

I always take my pooch.miniature poodle Charlie at this location for grooming.since we met Dawn who is Charlie's groomer and this is the best thing ever happened. Dawn is awesome at her job she always leaves me amazed when I pickup Charlie.she is super My Charlie will always be groomed by Dawn. THANK YOU DAWN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I wish I could give you more then 5 stars

Ordered same day delivery. Dog food worth $49.34 missing. Talk to the Doordash driver, she said she would notify them. I have tried to get through to the store twice now and all I get is a recording saying all associates are busy now, try again later. I waited for that package so nobody would steal it off my doorstep. This is very inconvenient and has put me out of my way on the weekend. My time is worth more than sitting at home waiting for inaccurate deliveries. No way to email them on the website either. Have no idea when or if I will get the package.

Went into Petsmart this morning to grab a few items for my puppies and it was NOT covid friendly! Their cashiers were not wearing masks with no separation between customers and employees.
Very disappointed

Our groomer Dacia was so patient and kind with our shy boy! And he looked so handsome when we picked him up. I really appreciated that she didn’t hesitate having him longer so he could get comfortable with her and made the whole process less stressful for him!

Came after work to find harnesses for my kittens and the isles with the collars and harnesses was a complete disaster and hard to look through.

The staff here is amazing. They are so helpful and are able to answer all my questions. Thank you for all your help and I will definitely be back

We took our german shepherd in for the full "spa" treatment on the weekend and they did an amazing job with him! He is full of energy and love and they handled him really well. Thank you for making our puppy smell good again!

The store is, in my experience, well-stocked, not overly busy, clean and efficient. It can be a quick in and out or let you browse at your leisure.

On Feb. 3/20, we took our German Shep in for a very much needed bath and brush. Kendra the groomer was so so good. She found a way for Bear to tolerate the blow drying by putting cotton balls in his ears! We told her it was a battle to clip his nails, no problem, she managed to grind them and he was fine with that. Thank you so much Kendra for taking such good care of our Bear. He's so soft and smells nice too.

Have a very anxious dog and the team doing the grooming does an amazing job with her. So good she actually likes going for a haircut!

We come here frequently for grooming, food, treats and general supplies. Our dogs love the opportunity to interact with staff and other shoppers. The grooming salon and staff have taken such great care of all of them! All the items shown in the photos below are from this location and also showcase the grooming studios work.

Selection is good, maybe more people needed on the floor, need to educate the staff more.dog food needs to be consistent with availability.

This store has TERRIBLE customer service. I walked around the store for nearly 20minutes looking for the spray I needed or someone working there who could help me find it and got nowhere so I left. I will never waste my time going to this store again.
