I called 30 min before closing, they fit me in. All staff were kind, caring and empathetic including the Doctor and I was out of there within a half hour. By far the best walk-in Clinic experience I have ener had!

It's a bit of a destination location. Perhaps meant mostly for the very localized residential housing. There will be plenty of customers, to keep them busy. This store will have almost everything they could need and will not disappoint.

The service is terrible! Whether they're busy or not, expect a significant wait time. The customer service lacks courtesy, with consistently angry and unhelpful staff. I regret living 5 minutes away from this branch.

If an appointment is delayed by 15-20 minutes I think it would be appropriate to tell someone when they check in on time. That way a patient could wait in their car rather than in a waiting room. Doctors being behind schedule is common practice but...
