Very irresponsible staff, no communications among the staff and coz of that patients has to suffer.called before coming to clinic they told me to come I reach in 10 mins to the clinic, when I drove there they told me no walk-in, they could have informed me the same on phone.

I came here to have a prescription filled and they neglected to tell me that it had refills, so I used the prescription until it was all gone. I went back to the doctor for a follow-up appointment and they were confused that I was no longer taking the medicine and this is because I was not informed that the prescription had refills when I was given the medication by the pharmacy. I informed him that I would be writing this one star review due to the fact that he messed up my medication. He replied "Your loss. " Clearly a lack of professionalism.

They have always been wonderful, quick, and friendly. Like every customer, I believe I am the most significant person Pharmasave Chappelle Pharmacy has. All my questions about prescription or over-the-counter medications have always been promptly and helpfully answered. Uma and Arul are the best!

They are very friendly and expensive in comparison to other places. I don’t trust the results of rapid tests, when a positive result means they prescribe and make money off of the positive result. My gut says, it is one of those places where you pay your money and the customer is always right. If accuracy is what one is after, this probably isn’t the right place.

This is the best pharmacy in Chappel, the owner Arul is awesome and he knows his customers by names

The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Pharmasave also provide delivery of medicine to their clients that makes it more convenient.

I had the worst experience with clinic side. First appointment; was there waited for 30 minutes and receptionist said they are running late and understood and asked to reschedule. Went for rescheduled appointment, when I was waiting there someone from pharmacy side came and informed that doctor you are seeing today (is on long weekend.like what? Didn’t the girl booked me know that doctor is going on vacations. That’s just worst experience I’ve ever had

I just had an incredible experience with both the pharmacy and the clinic attached. I came as a walk-in. The doctor saw me very quickly and listened to me and wrote me a prescription, he also helped me with booking a follow up. Then I walked over to the pharmacy in the same building and the pharmacist filled my prescription in under 5 minutes! The pharmacist was very helpful and informative and I appreciate how quick he was! Definitely recommend both the clinic and the recommend both the clinic and the pharmacy

I am very disappointed with the service. I paid for my RT-PCR results to be released within 6 hours because I strictly needed it around this timeframe however I received my results very late. If I had not followed up with them after 2 hours, they probably even wouldn’t have sent it in my email. When I called them about my late results, they weren’t even apologetic for their mistake and just had many alibis. I do not recommend this pharmacy for RT-PCR testing. I have many members and friends planning to travel abroad but sorry I will not advise them to have their rt-pcr in this pharmacy.

Very disappointed in the way they handle patients. Went in to get looked at due to being very ill. Took swabs of my mouth and said results should be in the day after. Even though I was physically ill and in pain they didn’t give me any antibiotics to even help me sleep. It’s been close to 48 hours and still nothing. Just another 2 days of “take Tylenol” what a joke

You won’t get a more friendly, professional place. Staff bend over backwards to serve you. Receive a COVID 19 Test here, very efficient in administering paperwork and shot and getting results. Great community pharmacy. Waiting area with chairs in close proximity.

I had to travel international on February 8th. Asked Arul, when to book my test appointment, didn’t get any response, called twice, and finally got a link from him. Then I booked rt-pcr covid test for international travel 1 week in advance for February 7th at 9am. Which is too late to get my results before departure, then as I was told by Arul that I need to pay extra to get my results quicker, I did pay extra. Is this his strategy to get extra money from the people in last minute, I had to wait for one hour on February 7th for the test to be done although I arrived on time for the appointment. (if he informed earlier when I called him, test results will take 24-36 hours, I would book my appointment on February 6th, but he didn’t)
If there was an option of negative stars that would be perfect for Arul and his pharmacy. I will never recommend him/pharmacy to any one.

Love this place, very friendly and always greet you at the door even if they're busy. They did my son's second vaccine dose with no issues and my son was surprisingly shocked how quick it was. Thank you Arul and team.

Took rapid test negative, the same time took RT Pcr test next day emailed me that pCr test positive.it doesn't make sense! Took the samples the same day and the same person. FAkE testing

Unless you are about to pay the goods/service you buy from this place; or unless you are someone that this Arul guy already knows they will keep you wait forever before they provide what you need. I’ve been going to this place since December to get rapid test done once a week and it is the same story all the time - once you go pick up the test result (which is supposed to be ready in 30mins), he will make you wait for another 10-15 mins before giving the cert. Why? Because like what happened today on my case when I went back more than 1hr later after my test to pick up the result, this Arul guy had to attend first the one who had to pay (money of course), 5 or more phone calls to answer, and a guy who entered the store after me for the same reason as I had. And then blame ME and embarass me infront of other customers for having not written my name legibly that is why it took him time to find my result, while infact my name is also written in bold at the
bottom of the form but apparently he only looks at the top of the page! Same story every week! Because I live in the same community, I thought I’d support my neighbors but this Arul guy gives special treatment only to those he knows by name already.

Big thanks to all the staff of Chappelle Pharmacy for accomodating me and my dad during our rt-pcr test! Highly recommended to those who needed one for travel.

Had a PCR test, staff was professional and managed to get me in and out within 10 minutes, had my results back within the 24hr advertised window.

This is hands down the best pharmacy. Everyone that works there goes above and beyond for their costumers. I am so grateful to have this pharmacy in my community. Words can not express how wonderful these people are.

Really professional staff. I went to get an rush RTPCR test, I got my results with in 6 hours. Every place is charging 200+ for 48 hour turnaround, but this is the only place in Edmonton that does it for 129. Thank you for the quick and professional service.

Giving 5-star because i got my RT pcr on time without taking a Rush option. 1st day i called, lady told me i have to take 6 hrs rush test if my flight is next day morning.just avoid if you are taking a test when pharmacy opens up. The punjabi nurse is very nice and cautious while taking test.for her. Thanks

Went in for my flu shot and I have to say the service was quick and excellent! The owner demeanor was friendly will definitely be back again! So easy to support a local business with service like this!
