Love all the staff here. They are all so friendly and helpful. If I have questions about my medications they will patiently go over any concerns. When you call to refill prescriptions you don't have to go through 10 menus and you talk to a real person. They've always made me feel like a person they care about rather than just another number picking up their order. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you about our experience there. During the pandemic the government was giving drug stores the necessary shots so that you wouldn't get sick. My wife and I walked into their drugstore to get the shots. The pharmacist behind the counter said we couldn't get those shots because we weren't regular customers there. Meanwhile they were being paid by the government to give everyone those shots. We went down the street to shoppers drug mart and got them right away without any questions being asked. Sad story I think

What a wonderful place full of wonderful people. In all my experiences dealing with any pharmacy it’s usually never quick and pleasant. Well they are busy it speaks volumes as to why they are.
Bialal was the pharmacist I dealt with and he was just fantastic. I’ll be having all my further prescriptions filled here and more importantly when I have questions I’ll be going here for answers.

This is the best pharmacy I've been a patient of: the staff are professional, caring, and very efficient. I've even had the pharmacy owner go above and beyond when I showed up for a prescription, not realizing it was a holiday, and they were closing. He (Allan) actually let me come inside and wait while he took time out of his own evening to fill my prescription when he absolutely didn't have to. The Pharmasave also offers great vaccination and breast pump rental services. Love this pharmacy and their staff.

Such a wonderful team. Genuinely caring and always helpful. These lovely humans are always willing to answer questions, whether in person or on the phone. They offer a personalized level of care I’ve never experienced with any other pharmacy. Highly recommend.

Amazing Staff. All the pharmacists are super knowledgeable. Bilal and Hollie take the time to answer all of your questions. The rest of the staff always greet you in the most welcoming way. I Received a booster shot the other day from Bilal, It was completely painless! The pharmacy can compound anything you need. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone needing to fill a prescription.

Worked with Bilal H. Regarding my diabetes. He is so down to earth, easy to talk to and very helpful. I met him 4 years ago and am so delighted he is still there now to help me. All staff here are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this pharmacy for all your needs!

Update; got my covid results even earlier than promised PLUS the pharmacist checked in and called me in the morning to make sure I got the results!

I just purchased a large tube of Spectra Electrode Gel, a conductive gel for microcurrent devices (Nuface, Tria Beauty, Myotone, etc.). The tube is quite large (8.5 oz / 250 g) and I got it for $10.00. Also, prices for stationery items are very competitive (sometimes cheaper than Walmart) and same for hair bands and hair scrunchies. Very happy with today's purchase!

The pharmacy are extremely rude. I called as my medication was unavailable at my pharmacy and can only be filled on the day I take it. My pharmacy asked me for help as they had called dozens of places already. By the time I called them I had called over 60 pharmacies between my husband and myself. Not a single one had a problem giving me the information I asked for. This pharmacy was extremely rude. I truly only needed a yes or a no so if yes my pharmacy could call them and transfer the prescription. He refused to tell me anything and said no pharmacy would. Wrong he was the only pharmacy so rude or not helpful. When I told my pharmacy they were disgusted. When they tried to call them no one could even get through. So if they did have what I needed we will never know. I ended up on something that makes me ill till they can get in what I need. I’ll remember never to use or call this place. I can also tell you as I know a lot about the review system many of their five star reviews are purchased. That’s very dishonest. I know you will be responding with your usual barrage of excuses. There is no excuse for talking to a person that way and you are factually wrong that pharmacy’s don’t give out that inf. If 60 pharmacies do and you don’t than you are in the wrong.

Very rude. Katie who answered my call laughed mockingly at me when I inquired about medical equipment for my father (that they don’t have). Not sure what’s so funny about that.

Allan and his staff are by far the most helpful and capable pharmacists I have met. They are always ready with good and practical advice, knowledgeable about both established and very new drugs, and invariably friendly. Every visit has a warm, "small town" flavour as I'm greeted by name by everyone. Ihave yet to have a problem after 8 years of utilizing their services.

The staff here are extremely friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Needed a prescription and not my usual Pharmasave but was efficiently and promptly assisted.

I have to admit that I don't often think of this location for my typical pharmacy type purchases, but I really should. The team is fantastic. They are helpful, patient and always available. I have gone here the last few years for my flu shot and they are always quick and easy.
