This is great place to eat. Always come here when we come to Red Deer, services is great. Food is delicious and the prices are in line with other restaurants

I only eat breakfast here. They generally manage to fry eggs without making them brown on both sides. Any other kind of meal gets more difficult.

Still my favorite breakfast joint in Red Deer for the last 30 plus years. They have staff that have been there that long as well

Really great breakfast option. Very clean, eggs Benny to die for and pancakes are great. Very good service always took care of you. Been going her for years never had a bad experience. Staff is very friendly. Would recommend. Will be coming back to this place very soon. Coffee is always fresh.

Overall good breakfast. Their little sausage nugget things are great. The eggs Benedict is.weird. The hollandaise is more like a chicken gravy. Maybe they can't be faulted for that - I think very few restaurants get hollandaise right, let alone even know what it is supposed to be.

Fantastic prices and Fabulous service. Phil's has been a Cornerstone restaurant for so many years, it's nice to go back to a place that just does not change.

So hear me out guys coz I wanna know what your thoughts are on my experience just this morning on phils right so this is how it goes I ordered a eggz benny a bowl of fruit and sausage links as a treat to myself for thanksgiving then when Im about to finish my meal I went to the washroom for like a minute literally then went back on my table and my table was clean and my food was gone so i waited for a server ask about my food where did it go I said then they told me they thought I was finish, but there still food on the plate so I felt very disrespected deeply inside I just didnt show it to them then I ask for a glass of water in return instead, took them for 5mins to decide and gave me a receipt? ! They just wrote off the fruit bowl that I was looking forward to finish for my dessert? !? This guys are in the hospitality industry for 50 years and didnt put it on the house on the day of thanksgiving? ! Where is the spirit of thanksgiving eh? But then theres a good news the food guys Im telling you theres no arguement whatsover on that part the sausage taste so authentic that I've never tasted a sausages like that in my life ever, eggz benny is great, runny, silky yolks the fruits were fre.ohhh how should I know? I forgot I didnt finish the bowl.

When we entered the restaurant for breakfast we had a feeling of relaxation and friendliness. We were guided to our table and the hostess let us know there was no rush and to take our time in deciding what we would like. The hostess would come by to make sure everything was fine and would take the time to talk with us. It made us feel like we were important. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very filling. The prices were quite reasonable and we left knowing that we would be back.

Food was delicious and the prices were fair, the pancakes were excellent! Service was great as well.

Hands down the best breakfast place in red deer, this place is always our go to for Sunday morning breakfast.

First time coming here. Found it to be a great little place. Ashley our server was amazing. Had a sense of humor. Food was really good. Definitely worth the money!

This is my all time favourite brunch spot. Service is always prompt and direct. The eggs Benedict is my absolute favourite and I order it every-time. The food is always superb.
It’s a little busier on the weekends, but I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for a table. In my opinion, this is the best spot in red deer.

I love this restaurant have been going to Phil's since I was wee (Calgary Location) food is always delicious and service is always friendly! Love that this is 3rd generation!

A little more expensive than we thought it would be, based on the outside. But the staff are friendly, the menu is varied and what we had was delicious. Will 100% go back.

Good, but too expensive. Love that they give you a whole carafe of coffee all to yourself.
I haven't been for 15 years but decided to try it again when I saw they offered gluten free options. If you are also dairy free, I would not recommend it as it reduces your options even further.
I found it overall very expensive for what you get. They don't tell you that there are upcharges for everything gluten free, so my waffle and sausage came to $21 before tax and tip. I thought that was way too much. I paid $72.00 for my wife, 6 year old child and myself.

Phil's is reliably mediocre. The portion sizes are fair and the food is never more than average but that's what I love. You know what to expect when you go to Phil's

Was in Red Deer for work but had a whole day off and decided to go here for breakfast, it was just down the block from my hotel and easily accessible. Was quite busy but I got a table right away. It's a neat place because it feels like your back in the 1950s or 60s. My server was very friendly, fast and attentive. The food was delicious and enough for me to have breakfast again the next day with my leftovers.

Breakfast was very good. Facility nice and clean, servers have been great! Always pleasant and provide excellent customer service.

Very good place for breakfast, food was amazing! Old-school experience (no fancy upgrades or changes to interior) which is great for reminding me of growing up in the 90s. Clean and decent size to accommodate large groups. Will visit again! The staff were all hardworking and nice.
