Encountered an aggressive and potentially intoxicated driver of a phoenix fence vehicle at the husky gas station at 58th and Blackfoot trail around 8 am on 24 November.

The man harassed myself and my wife to move our vehicle from the one of many free pumps as we got in second before he did.

He definitely did not seem to be in any condition to be driving a flatbed that size and puts a stain on the company’s operations and hiring practices.

Having our ornamental fence installed by Phoenix Fence was a great experience for us! Right from dealing with Lee to plan and design our fence to the amazing team of installers (Paul and his crew). We could not be more pleased with our final product! If we ever had any questions or concerns Lee would address and have them resolved right away. We would highly recommend them.the pictures speak for themselves!

Super low efficiency, I called in April and took a whole month for them to process and never got anything done. Until the end of May they just ghosted me halfway and never got back to me. Very dissapointed, even if you guys are not able to do the work you should have at least let me know and not just wasting my time waiting for your response. So then I went to a different fencing company (Vallarta) and they got my project down within 2 weeks, from quote to completing the installation.

Highly recommend these folks. Customer service is second to none. I dealt with Lee mostly. I did the install myself and my gates were ready way ahead of schedule. They were a third of the price of Riteway.
Staff is awesome from front to back.

Had Chain link Rolling Gate installed (custom made to 6' x14') Excellent service & support from Lee Hicks & Dawn, installation was good (had to make some minor adjustments) Project was completed much sooner than expected and I give a five star all the way. Thank you Lee/Dawn for all your help, making everything a smooth transaction. These are Great people to work with.

It took them half a year to install my parkade cage and while that was frustrating; they did an amazing job on it and made things right in the end.

If you need a cage done or a small project; expect there to be a long period to complete the project. But overall we are impressed!

The fence installation was well done and looks great.
Sean was attentive and helpful to our specifications and the crew persevered through a couple of rainy days and came through for us.
I would surely recommend this company.

Sean Skidmore and team from Phoenix Fence Calgary did a great job installing our chain link fence this summer. Sean was always professional, timely and patient with answering questions. The install team was the same. Our only glitch was a slight delay, due to a gate getting damaged on loading. The turn around time to repair this was still excellent, bearing in mind Phoenix was short staffed for welders at the time.
I feel we were afforded the same service as anyone in town would have been, which we really appreciated! (we live 2 hours away from Calgary)

We had a great experience working with Phoenix Fence to do a black chain-link fence for our dog run this spring. We had contacted them in the winter and Lee met with us promptly after inquiring to walk us through the process and set the right expectation from the very beginning. Morgan Neilson Sales / Admin and the manger said I was the second install of the year late April after the frost was gone, phoned several times. Said it was all set up never showed up, It's now the middle of October and still crickets. Really bad company and service.

I see Phoenix fencing signs quite a bit in the oil and gas sector so I believe their residential business is secondary. The reason I say this is because they are one of the worst businesses I have ever had dealings with.period. Not only did they provide fencing for our house (unfortunately it had to be them) but they also do the fencing for the entire community our house is built in. Gates that should have arrived "next week" took 8 weeks to be installed and that was only after a visit was made to their office, since calls were left unreturned. Community fencing has been in various stages of completion for more than a year and panels are left strewn around.

I would never by choice use this company.

Morgan help me to made a custom chain link gate and all required component to put up a gate from my DIY project of cutting out an existing fence. The purchase is super easy and fast, and the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend to go for Phoenix Fence.

I was so pleased with the staff at Phoenix! Lee did our onsite quote, and Paul managed the building team. The whole crew that came to do our fencing were friendly, competent and very hard working. They stayed on task and made short work of our job, taking extra care to ensure everything was perfectly operational, and that the work areas were clean and tidy prior to departure each day. I would definitely hire them again.

Stands the test of time! Used this company a few years ago to get black chain link installed and did not write a review right away; had a lot going on. But I am glad it has bee a couple years and I can say that not only were they great to deal with, completion was efficient and fast, but they are absolutely holding up through weather, kids and constant yard work. I would recommend them for any fencing jobs you need. We also had a challenging yard with a retaining wall, and this was not an issue for their team to work around.

We bought our vinyl fence from these guys a few years ago. Recently, something happened where both of the post collars broke so I went to buy two more. They were super helpful explaining the new style of collar and they gave it to me as a warranty which I wasn’t expecting at all. I would highly recommend these guys for good service. Wow! We needed a double gate (swing open in middle) & they were super easy to work with. The gates were made we'll, and much earlier than the time I was originally quoted. I feel like the cost was fair & I would highly recommend these folks.

Ordered 4 fence panels for a dog run. Called 3 weeks later and the panels were not ready. How long does it take to build 4 panels measuring 40’ in total.

From quote to install, very well done. Lee was awesome through the whole process, and the final product is great. Not a big job (about 85’ of chain link) but already the neighbors are asking who did it. Highly recommend for your chain link fence needs!

I ordered 100 feet of privacy slats from this company as they appear to be the only one that offers a variety. My contact Morgan could not be more accomadating. We highly recommend Phoenix Fencing, and especially Lee Hicks! Lee was able to fit in our last-minute request this Fall for fencing/ a yard gate as well as a dog run to be installed. He then accommodated our further request for a partial wood fence as well. Lee is extremely knowledgeable, and very professional.
