Went shooting with some buddies from work, had a blast! Range officers offered good advice and pointers to help improve accuracy and comfortable operation. First time shooters and rusty experienced guys like me will not feel pressure in this environment. Lots OT options for rental firearms. Definitely recommend.

Had an absolute blast going there on my birthday. Our instructor was absolutely professional and patient (Me and my friend picked lots of weapons). Unfortunately the Glock and the Colt kept jamming, the instructor tried his best to resolve the issue, and apologized profusely. Other than that, it was lots of fun. Would definitely recommend.

Ps. I noticed some people were concerned about the little circle in the mirror in the washroom. The circle is a touch button to turn off/on the lights on the mirror.

My group's first time shooting and I was impressed with the place. We had Jim as our instructor and he was just perfect. He made sure that we knew the basics and taught us everything extremely well! Amazing gun safety standards there, great and friendly staff, and a great selection of guns for anyone from the beginners to the pros.

My wife and I had a great time at the pistol and rifle range today. It was her first time shooting a handgun. The renovations are great with too many improvements to list. The staff are very personable and helpful

Best range in the city. Not a big gun person but have fun going to the range with a couple of buddies. Super professional, guns were all clean and worked very well. Pricing was pretty average. Today I took my two sons to Phoenix gun range for my son's birthday. I was extremely impressed by the instructor (Jessie) whom took the time to really help my boys have the best experience they could have as beginners. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the service we received today as well as the sport itself.safety was #1 for this business, as a parent I felt completely at ease with any concerns I may have had, The very best part was the smiles on my boys face, while they learned and experienced this sport. WE will be back. Thank You for your amazing efforts and fantastic learning experience, we had so much fun.

I’ve spent $1000’s here over the years and been on great terms with the staff. Last fall they closed their range for necessary renovations saying it’ll be down for 6-8 weeks. Unfortunate but it is what it is. I’ll be able to shoot over the Christmas holidays! From then on every month they would say that next month it’ll be open. Next month it'll be open. This continued SINCE September. It is now June and it still has not opened. I, being a $500 Gold Member, asked if we would be refunded for the down time. Nope. I was told instead they would add the time to the membership. Alright, that’s not so bad, right? Incorrect. When it came time to renew my membership, I asked for clarity on the policy and was told they would only be adding the lost time to the 2023 membership. Excuse me? Why not to the 2022 membership? It’s really easy. They literally just need to extend the expiry date on your membership, but instead held my lost time ransom, expecting me to purchase TWO MORE years in order to get the time back. They were also increasing their membership rates. Between my circle of friends, this has cost Phoenix a dozen customers. And I imagine many many others. To the fine staff at Phoenix, I miss stopping in, talking with the awesome staff at the front, and making impromptu gun purchases. To the range manager/supervisor, you have cost the company many customers with your greed and incompetence.

Staff was helpful but misleading, went in to buy a new chassis for my rem 783 an they sold me one for a 700 model the guy at the counter said yea it will fit, IT DOESN T FIT, called a few days later an they said they don’t sell chassis for rem 783 next time I’ll be more cautious 1400 bucks down the drain, sale was “final” I would like to trade the stock back for store credit to get the right stock

Took my 13yr old shooting for his first time and I was impressed. Ethan was so patient with him tought him so much. My boy gained self confidence and learned some lessons that he can carry with him throughout life. I’m super grateful for that. Making the decision to give my son this experience was tough because of the potential judgement but after all was said and done I knew I made the right choice. Thanks so much Ethan should get a raise for his deadliness!

First time shooting handguns was a blast staff was very helpful and polite and made me very comfortable with the firearms I chose to shoot the range officer, berdt I think his name was was very friendly and seemed to enjoy the whole experience as much as I did thank you guys for such an amazing first time experience will be back for sure and recommend this place to any new-old shooters

Worst gun ranges I have ever been to. Rude staff they forced us to leave after paying just to feel they have control and power.they're walking with the weapons without cases so they break the rules. I don't recommend it for anyone you gonna regret dealing with them.a waste of money
