I had no expectations when I went for my initial consult with Dr. Alexa Birdgeneau. I was pleased with her approach, open ear, knowledge and great explanations. She was able to help me decipher my health goals in an attainable way. I was also impressed that I never felt any judgement or pressure going through my health history. I am feeling very hopeful we will keep my health on track as I navigate some of my common, yet not normal symptoms.

Katie provides great massage services and is very attentive to any concerns or issues you might be experiencing. She's able to focus on these areas and provides extra stretches and advice to help with your recovery. Highly recommended!

May is meticulous and mindful. Frequently checks in on pressure and spends time on both the major muscle groups and the smaller stabilizing muscles.

Excellent atmosphere. I felt relaxed just walking in. The staff were friendly and Tania was amazing. She worked on me exactly how I asked and concentrated on the areas I requested. Definitely a great experience!

We have never me before, she was very professional, very informative, asking the right questions and to the best surprise, making sure everything we talked and pinpointed it needs attention, she did it with more than enough attention, precession and smoothness to make me feel awesome after the massage. I booked a 60 minute massage and it was incredible. The atmosphere was perfect and Jordan knew what he was doing. I left so relaxed and feeling so much better. I can’t wait for my next massage. I’ve already recommended Jordan and Phoenix to friends and colleagues.

My partner and I went for a couples massage and had a great experience! It was our first time coming here and we would definitely come back. Amanda and Tabitha did a great job.

Unprofessional, unsafe and expensive! The massage therapist said had a hand cut so he used medical gloves which was the worst massage experience I have ever had, if you have a cut in your hand, never do massage for customers as this might be a health hazard. The massage of 50mins was for $115.00, this is the most expensive massage I ever had in Calgary! My advise to customers, ask for the price before you start the session and make sure the Massage therapist has not cuts or bruises before they perform massage.

My first time ever going at a massage therapy & honestly was great. May did such a good job ensuring I was comfortable with the massage. She was also very informative and made sure I was not having any discomfort. At the end of the massage, she gave me some tips on what to do daily to help me with the knots & muscles. Overall super great! I came in and everything was quick and straight to the service. Highly Recommend!

I had a massage at Phoenix Massage & Wellness and it was a great experience. I appreciated my therapist's ability to help me address some issues I was experiencing with my back. My therapist (Judy) was very strong and kind. She explained the treatment that I would need and helped me feel less stressed and energized. The facilities themselves were clean and the atmosphere was very calming.

Dr Alexa was fantastic, she was great at asking a lot of questions, and listening to the answers to help find some dietary solutions. I was surprised at all the angles she looked at my problems from to come up with some natural based solutions. I would highly recommend working with her.

I cannot say enough about my experience at Phoenix! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with such warmth and welcoming. My husband has now seen Jose who has been a perfect fit because he prefers more of a deep tissue massage, and has been in desperate need of some intense work on his back and shoulders for a while now. I have been to see Chase twice now and cannot say enough! I prefer somewhat of a gentler approach but he was also very good at making sure to work out all the kinks and knots in my back and shoulders with killing Me lol he also does some energy work at the same time which was perfect for me and I left both times feeling better both physically and mentally. He’s also seen both our 11 and 13 year old sons and was excellent with them! Everyone in the office is so lovely, it’s definitely our new place to go!

Wow! I've had multiple massages from multiple therapists and none have come close to the quality of Jose. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and explained why and what he was doing, while listening to and addressing my concerns.

Trust the hype when it comes to this place, these people know what they are doing. One of the best experiences I had here. Amanda did an excellent job of taking out the knots and tension from my back. Chase also did an excellent job

Practice is kept extremely clean (before & during COVID restrictions).

It's super easy to reschedule or cancel an appointment if you ever need to (in-person or online portal).

Shout out for Jose Navarro is a super star RMT.

I had a massage by Faye and it was awesome. I came away relaxed and more flexible. Since it was the first day of a five day cleanse and my body was toxic from eating too much refined food as a guest, I felt that the massage was a good way to begin detoxifying.

This place is awesome.seriously. Friendly and professional staff and straight to the point services as soon as you enter the door. I go to Jose and Ashleigh for different reasons and they are both very articulated at what they do. I also love the fact that they share their knowledge on the nature of your ailments.
